I teturned the phone for several function issues . It for sure was a lemon

This phone never worked . Usage and data app. always showed more space than memory space. Sent it in to One Plus and they denied for water damage. We had no water damage. They wanted more to fix phone than phone cost.

Garbage. In the 120 days of owning this phone, it has been returned to One Plus twice as the SIM card reader stopped working both times. I would not recommend to anyone.

Lots of bugs, apps constantly crash, randomly lose service in places my previous phone never did. And of course I'm 2 weeks out of my return timeframe.

Don't waste your time and money on this phone. Issues with setup, Google apps. Nightmare! Maybe this phone was ok before the update but I cannot wait to return it.

No one was in the phone department who knew anything about phones! The girls at the counter said they were just filling in. A worker walked by and said, "It's a whole new world out here, get used to it."

Very bad experience. Phone not charging after 9 months. Customer care does not respond, they just asked us to ship and did not send the shipping label. Don’t waste your time and money

Garbage, what's the point of having 5G if the device can't run a couple of apps without crashing every few minutes. Also it restarts randomly from time to time. I tried to reset it to factory settings but it didn't help.

I was really happy with it at first couple days and then it started getting super slow for some reason. I haven't added any apps or any photos even. Dont know the reason so very upset .

A week into living with the One-Plus Nord N10 5G and I'm pretty happy. It's quick and responsive. 5G works great. Camera is decent. Running on Mint Mobile (which has also been good here in So. NH.) I refuse to spend $1000 or more on a new phone. For $299 the Nord N10 5G gets the job done without feeling like you're giving anything up.

Useless to me the guy told me i could find the app for my pacemaker in the play store it was not there and i loved the phone but was forced to return it

Worked great for 18 days , on day 19 phone stopped connecting to cellular network and would allow emergency calls only.

Can't pick up the phone and hear the other side during any phone call. Where is the customer support?

I need to return this phone, my son doesn't want it. Can't afford to keep phone that won't be used.

Laggy within a few days. Phone performance is poor.

PROS: 4 star phone for the price. Huge battery, rapid charge (Warp Charge Adapter, Warp Type-C 3 ft. Cable included). Good sized screen and quality resolution and refresh rate. Comes with 128 mb memory, 6mb ROM built-in, plus up to 512 mb with micro-SD card. Audio is better than average and LOUD! Bluetooth, NFC and head fone jack. Video 90 fps! CONS: Network connectivity issues early on - reboot after placing in Airplane mode fixed it, mostly, tho 5G remains glitchy in my area. This fone is HEAVY @ 6.7 oz., pop holder is a must for grlz!

For the price you cannot beat this phone. It was an upgrade from an older LG so a lot faster with some better upgrades. Will have to see how it holds up over time.
