Excellent value. Camera is good for the price point. My one complaint is that OnePlus is only updating to Android 11 (one update only) from 10. Bought phone in March 2022 and it won't be updated to Android 12. That's a bummer!!!

Totally new to smart phones and it's a HUGE learning curve. Therefore I don't know that anything I have to say about this phone is valid as I've had it only for four days. The few phone calls I made went thru fine. My issues are working thru all the technical stuff to make the phone's "smart functions" do what I want it to and it's not easy. Hopefully it will get better in time but I'm not happy that I have spent so much time trying to work on this. I think a stylus might make it easier to use the small keyboard but it very frustrating. There is nothing of use in a "user manual" so I have to pick up tidbits from other friends, You Tube channels, etc.

We have purchased two phones and both are completely unacceptable. We have only had our phones for a couple months and have had nothing but issues. The biggest issue we're having at the moment is my husband's phone had an update from OnePlus. As soon as the update took place he's been unable to text or call. The mobile network went completely down on the phone. It has been almost 2 weeks and emails have been sent to OnePlus and they have completely done nothing to solve the issue but send emails back saying that they will contact in the next 24 to 72 hours. This has been done three times one on the phone and twice by email. This rating is not only for OnePlus but for Best buy for selling products such as this. There's no reason we should have these things on our shelves here in America. Customer service is ridiculous. If you just read the forums you can see all the complaints about the service you get. Honestly it's probably an easy fix from their end but for some reason nothing is being done. This is very unacceptable.

I bought this phone as I dint want to spend $1k + for phones that are flagship's from Samsung or Apple I was a user of Galaxy Note line phones for the past 10 years but the price is just crazy you can almost buy a drivable car for the money they are asking. My issue with the phone is that it started overheating when used for face time and lowering the light (power consumption) I reached out to One Plus but they want me to send them the phone that I use for repairs . Not a big deal but then I have to buy another phone to use as this one is being repaired no loaner phone options and no replacements as the time frame for such service is closed. Phone is 4-5 months old.If you buy this garbage be sure to buy extra protection or replacement option in the end you get what you pay for.

Excellent second door phone or if you need a phone for Uber or just to use Waze this is very good

I think this phone is good, very smooth to use. Only I hop that have a protector included

I have had this phone for almost 2 years. Overall, the phone performs well, however, the battery life is not good at all.

Think's it's in airplane mode and I don't get my text until I turn airplane mode on than off. Just adds things out of no where to your phone and changes things. Screen went dark for no reason, had to reset it like 4 times this week. No volume adjustment for notifications. That's just the things I can think of . It's 2 months old and I hope it gets better.

It a good budget phone but doesn’t have many things to offer imho
