Love this phone. I always buy my phones unlocked so I can take them to any cell provider I want, so I always tried to get the best bang for the cheapest cost. Before this phone, I always went with the Moto G family of phones... they are good phones that are not expensive. I have heard good things about one plus phones. I was in the market to replace an aging Motorola x4 (I bought it at a very good price). I was going back and forth on buying this phone or another moto G. The new line of Motorola came out, so I compared the specs with this model. For $50 bucks more, I have a better process, more RAM, nicer screen, faster screen refresh... best choice I had made in a while. Only thing I didn’t like.... bestbuy did not have any cases for the phone, when I bought it. But that’s a different post.

Pros: -Great display -Incredible camera with plenty of features -Decent battery life, complimented by the incredibly fast WARP charging system -Fast processing and memory, great multitasking/gaming phone -Robust USB-C port -Well built. Phone survived several falls on concrete and one from the top of a 6ft ladder before my case and screen protector had arrived with no discernible scratching or knicks. -Lithium cell longevity is great, haven't lost noticeable battery capacity since purchase, which is surprising given my results with other big name brand phones in the past with lower amperage charging. -Plenty of internal storage with expansion, something most other phone manufacturers are doing away with. -robust side buttons, no signs/feel of switch wear. -zero issues with app compatibility, my previous samsung was incapable of running a few apps I have now, including my app for viewing my home security cameras Cons: -Warp charger is expensive to replace, and even more expensive for a mobile charging option -battery life could be longer -sometimes phone requires reboot when screen brightness dims to an unusable level. (hasnt happened since most recent update) -no wireless charging option -noticeable audio lag when connected to vehicles with older bluetooth systems. -display could be brighter

Very happy with this phone. I was never going to buy a thousand dollar phone. This phone is better than my partner's iPhone any day and only cost $300. I went to the store to buy a different phone and a customer talked me out of it and told me to look at this phone. No regrets. It's fast. The sound quality is good on calls and on social media videos. Colors are great. I had never heard of OnePlus before buying this but now I know. OnePlus is the best!

This phone is very good. Also this phone have very good battery life and 90 refresh rate. Also I played some game call of duty and pubg mobile. they actually run good with low graphics 90fps they can handle it. With high graphics maybe 35+ FPS. This one I buy it for my mom but first one week I just test it every gaming stuff. I just checked how much strong the processor. Camera is not so bad like average. Also price is very low $300 ,,,,

Excellent phone for the price. Down side is that AT&T blocks it, and others, from it's 5G network. That's why it's a 4star review. Super fast charging. Smooth screen with 90hz refresh rate. Two day battery (for my use). Stereo speaker system.

Great alternative to the Pixel 3A I had. 64GB wasn't enough and this has 128GB and the microSD option. Inexpensive and has 5G (though I've not tested it...I did see I was on 5G briefly, but didn't do speed tests or anything). It came with Android 10 but updated to Android 11 in mid September. Whether or not it will get 12 in a year or so, is questionable and potentially unlikely based on the update policy for the phone.

Its an okay phone. Some of its good features include the rear fingerprint scanner. I found that much more reliable than Samsung's. It has a nice large screen, large enough for these old eyes to see it, and you can actually hear the ringtones. Now for the bad, whatever the phone is made of, gives it a slicker than ice characteristic. I placed my phone in a table at the mall and it started slowly sliding to the edge of the table. Fortunately I caught it mid-drop. I tried flipping it face down and got the same results. If I'm on an app and the phone should ring, there is no icon to press or swipe to answer the call. and by the time I get to it, it has gone to voicemail and I'll have to re-call my party. And lastly, the colors aren't as vibrant. They're more of pastel hues. Most of these are minor annoyances and probably need some tweaking on my part to get what I want. All in all it's a good phone, I don't LOVE it but I do like it a lot.

Mostly great phone so far. I've only owned a few weeks and havent explored all my options. Battery life is excelent. I like having only the aps I choose running. Camera quality is good for a moderaley priced phone. I am trying to get used to the phone and contacts apps. incomming calls will display diffently depending on whether another app is in use. In contacts app clicking on a name will bring up additional information, ie. address. If you are in the "favorites" under contacts clicking on the name instantly dials the number. these inconsistencies are the major drawbacks for me.

I bought this phone about 3 years ago. I've had no problems with it, other than the fact that I have a terrible time understanding Android - but that's not the phone's fault. It's a nice size, not tiny, not too big. I can't compare it with other phones, tho, because this is my first cell phone. I'm still old school and still learning this thing.

I bought this phone a few months ago and it took TERRIBLE blurry photos. It also had a loud rattling in the camera area which I read is normal for other makes of phones so at the time I just assumed it was just how photos taken with this phone would look. I returned it and got a different model phone. However I recently decided to try it again because I really like the screen (I am weird in that I really like LCD screens) and size. This second one I bought DOES NOT have the rattle in the camera unit and takes MUCH BETTER pictures as a result. I'm very happy with this phone and happy to recommend it but if your camera rattles and your pictures are out of focus and blurry exchange your phone for a different one.

With alot of inventory shortages going on, I took a gamble and bought this unfamiliar phone. I was glad I did! Not only is it considerably cheaper it has a great battery life, fantastic camera, sizeable memory and good processing speed. Way more than I expected for the low cost compared to other phones of its caliber.

Replaced an aging Motorola with this phone, i didn't think it would be a huge difference going from a 2019 mid tier phone to a 2021 mid tier phone, wow was I wrong. 90hz is incredible! Battery actually gets me through a full day of almost constant YouTube watching, and it's quick! All for 300$ I haven't found anything to complain about very happy!

This is my first time to own this brand of smart phone. My others have been Samsung, which I loved, but I didn't want to spend the big $$ so the Best Buy staff suggested this brand as a good alternative. First off, I will say the camera is AWESOME. Way better than my old Samsung. This phone is easy to use and intuitive. Things I don't like: it has a different size charging cord so I can't swap out between my tablet and my phone. Also I have not been successful in getting my phone to talk to my computer, either by cord connection or bluetooth connection. I will have to call the geek squad about this.
