I wanted to upgrade to a 5G phone without breaking the bank. Did my research, read reviews and considered what my priorities were in a smartphone. Overall, I am happy with my decision. There is a learning curve which I expected when I upgraded from Android 8 to 10, but I did my homework and learned the navigation and swipes required. I was also able to restore the navigation buttons on the bottom. It operates smoothly and the screen is nice and clear. Yes, sometimes the fingerprint reader is a bit pokey, but it is not a deal breaker as it usually works flawlessly. make sure when you ordered to also order a case since the phone is quite slippery the only down side is that you will get only one update in the future.

For the price this phone runs as good as my iphone 11. I'm still getting used to the difference. But performance is top notch. I'm very happy with my purchase

I've lived with this phone for about three weeks now. The 128 gb storage has allowed me to install a ton of apps that I had deleted from my last phone over the years and I haven't even begun to put a dent in the memory. It is very fast, has plenty of battery life for the way I use it. (I've never used more than about 40% of a charge in a day, but I don't make many calls or watch video.) I do use it throughout the day to take and upload pictures, and to research stuff. The "down sides" for me, I knew coming in, so I did not deduct stars. 1) It's a little long for me. I just drop phones in my pocket and a shorter phone works better, but at least its shorter than my second choice phone (moto g stylus). 2) The 5g only works on t-mobile. (I'm not sure if that will change in time.) I don't need fast data anyhow. 3) As I understand it, OnePlus plans only a single android update for this phone and only two years of security updates :( Still overall, I felt it gave me what I want and need for at least the next two years and I wasn't a ton of money.

Great little phone, especially for the price. Very fast and all functions have worked perfectly so far. The only thing I dislike is that you have to enable an OTG setting any time you want to transfer files from your phone to PC. The tech support for the phone was simply awful. Their first suggestion was to replace the new cable in the box the phone came with. Next was to turn the phone off for 15 minutes and if I still had problems to contact them back. I finally had to Google a solution for 45 minutes myself to find the solution, which was fairly obscure. If you tend to rely on tech support for your devices, do keep this in mind.

Bought this phone for my brother. He loves it. Very powerful and a good value for 300 bucks. I would recommend this phone to anyone, it's that good. The phone charges quickly which is very helpful for my brother.

Good budget phone, it has draws backs though, if you watch netflix or have pirchased movies from youtube, google etc just know it only plays back in 480p regardless of the plan you have, it only supports widevine L3 which is 480p playback. You need widevine L1 to play up to 4k. Big disappointment, and the camera when enough light is used is pretty good for a budget phone, it does lag after the android 11 update so be prepared for that, also 5g is great prior to android 11 update, if you dont update to 11 its a great phone

Get past the obsession with glass everything. The phone feels solid. Well built. I have never cared for wireless charging. Had it, but don't care to. I can easily do without it. The goal is for the battery to charge. It does, with a cable. Fingerprint sensor - fast. Face unlock - fast. Screen, at just 50%, beautiful. No need to have it at 100%. That's just for show on online reviews. Snappy with all apps. Smooth on any site. Great speakers. Super easy to setup. Calls - all clear with no drops. I returned in less than 24 hours a TCL10 Pro that while in my pocket was constantly dropping in and out on calls and music. The Oneplus does not. The TCL10 Pro would not activate with the screen off to me yelling across the room, hey google. With the screen off on the Oneplus, hey google gets instantly activated to respond to anything I ask. The TCL 10 Pro has one speaker. For 299 bucks, the Oneplus Nord N10 5G is an excellent phone.

I needed a replacement for my Essential PH1 which decided to explode one night while I slept. This phone has been EXCELLENT! Cost effective for the time I purchased it. Still going strong. Regular updates. The OnePlus community is awesome. Couldn't be happier.

So I have been a Samsung diehard for many years. Due to my Fold 3 needing to be sent out for repairs, I needed a phone quickly. This phone is actually a pretty decent phone for what you pay. Yeah it feels cheap and it slows down throughout the day but for the price it has been a solid phone. Decent camera and Android Auto connects quicker than some of the experiences on the Samsung's.

The size and screen are excellent. The amount of storage is addiquite for most uses including picture storage. It's easy to prevent accidental shutdown or opening an app. If android is what is used, the price is the best you can find with all the features.

Great phone. It replaced a Nokia 7.1 and is a world better in all respects. Much better call quality, screen and responsiveness. Yes it is a plastic body, but doesn't retract from the overall feel. I easily get two days from the battery as an average user. The finger print sensor is a little particular at times but only slightly more than the Nokia or Motorolas I've owned in the past. Would I buy it again, in a heartbeat.

Great price to performance. I did find the fingerprint reader to be sluggish and sometime unresponsive. The phone is fast and OS is smooth for operation. The Pin hole camera on the front is non-obtrusive. The battery life is great, I'm a heavy user and the phone gets me through the day no problem without needing to charge. Great 5G phone.

I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had to for this. For the money it's a steal. If you read it watch reviews then you're going to pass on this and miss out. It doesn't feel cheap, it's just as quick as other phones, the screen is large and looks good. Expandable storage is a bonus. I find when you move everything like movies and music videos ect to the memory card it keeps the phone faster. Camera is ok but I just installed a gcam and everything is great now. I can live without wireless charging and the warp charge is quick. If you're thinking about getting this phone seriously give it a shot I suggest getting an OtterBox commuter case for it and a screen protector just to protect it because it is not top of the line specs.

I bought this phone for my Dad, who had been looking to upgrade from the first smartphone he ever had. He had bought a cheap smartphone at Cricket Wireless and has hung on to it for numerous years. He was complaining forever about it, I mean it hadn't got an update in years. Finally I convinced him to upgrade. After extensive research, as I had to convince him this was a good idea, I settled on this phone. When I first set it up foe him and let him play around on it, his jaw dropped. It is incredibly fast, and has a decent screen for a lower tier phone. the software is fairly clean, but really smooth. He has called a few times to tell me things he loves about it, or what it can do. It doesn't hold a charge as well as others but good enough. Purchase was well worth it.

Switching to Android from Apple. This phone is a solid performer for a good price. The camera is ok, not great. Love the expandable storage capacity! I got an "overheating" message on a teams call that was less than an hour. That was a bit alarming. Changed some settings to see if that helps.

Had to pick up a new phone for my daughter. If you have T-Mobile service, this is a great value phone with solid performance. I purchased it unlocked at Best Buy rather than going to a T-Mobile store because they charge an upgrade fee just to get a new phone. If you know how to change a SIM card, save yourself some cash and buy your upgrades unlocked from Best Buy.

This is a great phone. I did a lot of research about android phones and alternatives to Samsung. The one warning about this phone in the reviews was that the camera struggles in low light but i have not noticed any problems with the camera. Had a little trouble finding a case that fit the phone as it is not common, but other than that i have no complaints. in fact at this price point i expected to giving up a lot in terms of features, but honestly its the best phone i have owned so far.
