This phone is very fast and the display is great. The build quality is really good. The only thing that is not all that great is the cameras, but for the price it's hard to beat this phone. Battery life is really good also and very fast charging.

I bought this phone after losing my Pixel 6 that I'd only owned for about a week. I love the Pixel, but couldn't afford to replace it. Looking for an inexpensive android, I was able to buy this phone for a couple hundred bucks and was very surprised how much I like it. It's not quite what the Pixel is, but it's better than similar priced androids from other manufacturers in my opinion. The Battery Life is by far the best I've had on any phone.

Great phone. Very durable. Love oneplus'. Once you go OnePlus you will never go back. The charging capabilities of the OnePlus brand is unmatched. I tried to go back to a Google Pixel at one point and could not stand how slow the phone charged. My OnePlus 10T can charge to 100% in a little as a 10 minute bathroom break.

OnePlus stole me away from the big guys. I used to be team Samsung all day every day, but I Just can't afford to keep up with the latest flagship phone with them anymore, and after EXTENSIVE, EXTENSIVEEE research, the N20 was a beacon of light in the dark dim world of "budget phones".

Do not buy your phone from Best Buy. There are so many other vendors.
The two people that I called at Corporate were truly rude jerks that were laughing the whole time. The chat robot below also confirmed that Best Buy does not price match. You can and will do better elsewhere like amazon. This is the last purchase ever from Best Buy.

After minimal research (done as quickly as possible due to the fact that my iphone broke), this is the phone I landed on. It looked like it had good reviews and a good camera. Done, purchased. I needed it quickly and didn't care much to dig any deeper into budget phone research. I was just happy to have a working phone. What I didn't expect was to love it this much! It charges in the blink of an eye, and a full charge lasts me 1.5-2 days. Loads up fast, display is good, camera is good for taking pics of my cats (very important) as well. Ample storage. Reliable. Just all around a really good phone. Much prefer it over my $800+ iphone, that I only had for about 10 months before it broke by the way. I'm glad I took the plunge, and I probably won't ever go back to iphone again. For texts, calls, taking pictures, using the internet sometimes, listening to music or podcasts, and reading ebooks, this perfectly fits my needs. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

I’ve been using the OnePlus Nord N20 5G for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the value it offers at its price point. The AMOLED display is stunning, delivering vibrant colors and sharp details that make streaming and browsing a joy. The battery life is excellent—it easily lasts me a full day, and the 33W fast charging is a lifesaver when I need a quick boost.
Performance-wise, the Snapdragon 695 handles everyday tasks and light gaming smoothly without lag. Plus, having 5G support ensures I’m ready for faster network speeds. The sleek and lightweight design is also a huge plus—it feels premium without being bulky.
That said, the camera is decent but not exceptional, especially in low light. I also wish the software was more up-to-date, as it’s still on Android 11. However, these are minor trade-offs for what is otherwise a fantastic phone for the price.
Overall, the Nord N20 5G is a solid mid-range device that strikes a great balance between performance, design, and affordability. Highly recommend it for anyone on a budget who still wants a reliable and stylish phone!

I love the sleek design of this phone. It's very slim and the accents around the cameras make it look expensive and flashy. The screen is clear and bright, with the option to use facial recognition over typing in a password or fingerprint unlock. It has 5g capabilities which an improvement from my last device.
The camera is a bit of a downgrade from my Moto Stylus, which is disappointing. I have to work a bit harder to get a crisp, clean shot.
The speakers don't seem to be an issue when listening to music or video. It seems plenty loud enough. The only time I feel like it could be louder is when I receive phone calls.
Battery life has been great. I do charge it at the end of every day, but I think most people do. I wasn't looking for something that lasts 3 days without any sort of intervention. I've been pleased with the performance so far. I'm on my phone all day browsing social media and texting.
Overall, I like the phone and do not regret trying out this OnePlus Nord N20. Luckily I had a chance to snag the open box discount price.

Ordered this phone because i needed a new phone, saw this in stock, and it is just like the one that broke! I love it's camera, the easy setup (like it was able to retrieve a phone backup of the phone that broke, so i didn't need much work importing my contacts in) the phone is light. Was able to use my sim card from my other phone (which is a metropcs phone) has 128 gb of memory, which is plenty if you love games like me! it's very fast to charge too.

Well, what can I say about this phone, got it for only $230 amazing deal.
First the good:
Screen: beautiful OLED screen 2021 flagship level, i also have a Samsung Galaxy a53 and the screen on the OnePlus is just so much better, way brighter and sharper, the Galaxy a53 just looks bad next to this one.
Design: the phone looks and feels beautiful on the hands, it's plastic, but that makes me comfortable to carry it without a case ($1200 glass phones only to cover the glass with cases yeah great idea)
Cameras: the main one is great quality, of course $1200 phones will make better photos, but not $1000 better photos.
Sound: great speaker quality.
Now the bad:
To be honest there isn't many bad things i can find, but knowing that this phone will only get one major Android update is kind of ugly, but still who can even differentiate Android 11 from 12 or 13, many of the features are already in the one plus Android skin so not really a deal breaker, just something ugly.
AND THE BEST FOR LAST: IT HAS A HEADPHONE JACK!
i had a phone without headphone jack for 1 and a half year, and I was really not just missing it, but needing it, whenever I get a call i like to talk without holding the phone in my ear, so I've been used to talk with headphones for most of my life and suddenly not having headphone jack was like WHY! Now being able to use all my earphones and headphones I've had for so much years without adapters is something I'm not willing to sacrifice never again
OnePlus please don't forget the headphone jack on the Nord line

One of the best 300 dollar phones on the market! It has a ok camera, great speed, amazing battery life, supports 5G, comes with a fast 33w charger and has a nice display. I will leave some photos that the phone took.

I give it 5 stars because it's a very solid phone for the price. Screen looks amazing and 5g works well on hello mobile (t-mobile network). Not the fastest phone but, for this price, it's fast enough. Fingerprint sensor works well. Doesn't come loaded with unnecessary bloatware.
Only downside that I have experienced with it is the camera. Camera is lacking big time. Video does not pick up color well in lighting. Pictures look very bland.
I came from a Note 9 and the camera is much better on my note 9. My Note 9 is still working but, Samsung has stopped software updates on it, so I decided to get another device for security. I'm passed my 14 day return period so I'm stuck with this device.
The Pixel 7 just released today, I'm looking into that device as they are offering a good trade-in value from google for my note 9. I'm interested in the Pixel 7 for the camera, screen, and price.

My previous phone for 4.5 years failed with the battery suddenly. For 4.5 years, I had not looked at any phones. So, to shop for a new phone, I spent the whole week to do research. Now I am fully aware of the current market. In short, I pick this phone because of long battery life and 5G function while the price is reasonable.
As I have knowledge with the cell phones market now, this phone has limitation with the future Android system upgrade. This phone comes with Android 11. The manufacturer will provide one upgrade which is Android 12. So this phone probably can last the next two to three years with Android 12 with no further upgrade. FYI. current new phones should have Android 12 and ready for Android 13. I tend to upgrade my phone only when it breaks or the system is outdated which is about 4 or 5 years.

I got this phone initially locked to tmobile. It wasn't very good. There were some stutters, and an app or two would not function per design, so I sent it back. I just got it unlocked and it did have two updates. I am a simple user and I don't care at all for all the mumbo jumbo stuff that people try to sound so professional about when giving an opinion about a phone. Too many people expect way too much and frankly are never satisfied. They have fallen perfectly where most manufacturers want them - always wanting the best and always updating their overrated very expensive phones. Is the N20 perfect? I don't know what the heck that means. I will say that it receives texts, emails, and calls and so far it does it seemingly well. I wear a Garmin watch and oneplus has never technically done all that well with Garmin but so far okay. On occasion it may disconnect from bluetooth. The one speaker is quite loud. I'm approaching 59 and my hearing is becoming suspect and I still hear it well without the need for bluetooth devices connected. The screen is really nice at just around 60% brightness. I will admit that samsung still has the best panel at just 50% brightness which is equivalent to oneplus at the percentage I just stated I have it at (arouund 60%). The build is quite nice. The back is not heavily susceptible to smudges or anything, but finding a case will be an issue. Tmobile does have a couple of cases, each for around 20 bucks. For 300 dollars this is a pretty darn good phone. And as for camera, again a heavily overrated and heavily over marketed feature on any phone, is pretty decent. I am not a heavy picture taker. For those of you that love to take a picture every two seconds, I wish you well with that. Anyway, decent phone for every day use.
