A good phone, but management isimpossible to deal with. I had a legitimate reason for returning my phone, that was no one's fault, I just couldn't use an incompatible phone. Management refused to waive the restocking fee. Even though the phone was useless to me through no fault of my own. I will not do business with a store than has no concern for it's patrons, nor willingness to be understanding of a person's position. I'm don't imagine that this will ever be published.

I got this on a deal for $100 and it’s a great phone for most tasks. Fast charging speed is impressive and fast charger is included unlike every flagship phone that costs around $1000. Nowadays all chips are good enough to handle most things. It’s a good phone for young adults or teenagers because it’s cheap and can do everything for their needs.

Devices work wonderfully for the first month

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 5 weeks of use phone will randomly reboot every 5 to 15 minutes will likely be bringing phone back to Best buy this is the third Nord OnePlus device I have gotten and also returned I really do like them for the first month but then afterwards they seem to have major software issues and when I research the issue in OnePlus forums and other sites these kinds of issues go all the way back to 2014 and there's no resolution for my current device as far as I know
