I was initially very enthused to get this phone. It was my first experience with a Nord phone. After using it for a year, I can say that it will be my last. It has been sluggish from day 1 and yes, even after reboots. There are times when I, for example, try to add a new phone contact, that the keyboard will not come up. I have to reboot the phone and then it will appear. I have also noticed that, recently, when I try to adjust the volume, the button display doesnt appear and the volume does not change. And still another reboot. This growing amount of reboots is making me wish I had never bought this *POJ*.

Hi have other android phones and iPhone, but they are not good as like one plus phones, because one plus phone touch is same as iphone I like their technology

Does what it suppose to do may not be the top of the line phone but for a teenager it’s great.

Kid needed a new phone and with the price offered on this phone I couldn't pass it up while it may be a bit dated - it is still 5g and works great on verizon

great budget phone. only con - camera not good. Good tech - nfc, usb c, split screen, its pretty advanced

The product was awesome.one of the best phone I have used.

Laggy, slow when opening apps, but if not for that, the features are pretty good. The snap dragon 480 w/4GB ram is just not it. A perfect phone for a kid or an elderly person who just needs a phone for basic use.
