I had to upgrade from my 4 year old LG Stylus 3 because of new type of services that I don't quite understand. My service provider said my phone was outdated for 5 g , and I could not make or receive calls anymore, ( as on Jan. 1 2023) And no way to upgrade. So I buy this phone, and after having it one week, I liked my old phone better, my old phone was way easier to navigate with anything i wanted to do, This Nord N200 takes me twice the time to do anything. it gets frustrating, even my old phone camera was better then this one. Yeah it works, But to me it is backwards technology.

This is my second one plus phone and I would recommend this phone to those who prefer android

The RTT function on the phone is causing calls to drop or not go through at all. When I call someone they don't get a ring just a message of a missed call and on my end the call ends automatically. It appears this is a known issue with RTT(real time text) but they don't have a fix for it or a way to turn it off permanently(the only 2 options you are give are 1.RTT visible when talking and 2. Always visible) You can contact the maker or phone or provider and they will give you the run around for hours and are locking any threads mentioning the issue. What good is a phone that can't properly make calls. The only work around I found was using the voice assist to make the call but that is incredibly annoying if you have to do it for each call. I can't stress enough how irritating it is to add a function that even their employees can't figure out.

Pales in comparison to the N10 5G. The UI is way slower and clunkier, there's noticeable lag on just about every input you make. The auto brightness feature needs to calibrate itself every time you wake the phone by displaying a bright white screen at full brightness for at least 5 seconds, which makes quick open/close actions on the phone pretty time consuming. The camera reeks of 2010 as well, very low quality despite having three cameras with HDR and AI features. I got this as an emergency replacement after damaging my N10 5G and I really wouldn't recommend that anyone buy this.
