    Phone has great features, but I was unable to reliably receive text messages despite 2 months of working with my carrier (Verizon) and even sending the phone in to OnePlus for repairs. I am not sure if this is an issue with the open box phone, or an incompatibility between the phone and Verizon pre-paid plans, but this phone was not a good choice in the end because the basics do not work.
