This one is not expensive,the cost vs performance ratio is good.

Worst phone I've ever had. There's always a problem wither not receiving texts or won't connect to Data. If you like having to talk with tech support once a month this phone is for you. New phone update means new problems. This is the first phone I have to replace within a year because it's unreliable.

Great phone great value it's worth getting a 5g phone

Not unlocked, doesn't work at with Sprint/TMobile, so it's not really unlocked, bought 2 of these totaling $400+ and because they were opened had to pay $45 each for restock, will no be back

This is the worst phone I have ever had to use and I had 3 LG G6 that got stuck in boot loops. The notifications barely work, the screen will get stuck on black for no reason, the battery saver is so aggressive that it makes things like GPS tracking for work outs useless as it will turn off as soon as the screen turns off. It barely works as a phone and is laughable as a smart device. Just avoid the OnePlus brand entirely.

It's a nice looking phone but it is very slow taking picture, probably because the processor I would think. I would not buy again even it was cheap.

I was not very in pressed with this phone if you are just looking for a cheap low level smart phone this is the phone for you.

Didn't expect much. But it's just terrible and there are much better options out there. Software is buggy, sluggish. Camera is just like vga camera. Even gcam works better than stock app. In sum just waste of money. Strongly NOT recommended.

The video contrast keeps changing during a live meeting. it also flickers. It is frustrating as the other party keeps on pointing it. Seems the camera is defective Not a phone for live calls.

This phone is a joke. It's not accepting incoming texts; the user interface is confusing as all bleep; and this morning a voice call came in, which the phone pronounced as likely spam, and would not show me the calling number. So the only way I would have found out the number was to answer the call!

Phone all of a sudden just didn't work after 9 months of use. Best buy refuses to repair or replace, tells me to go to the manufacturer. Manufacturer pretends serial number is invalid. Unable to repair or replace. Phone is busted, and I don't get a new phone, a repair, or my money back. SCAM.

Oneplus should stop making trash models like this though they are of low price tag. It is too slow abd freezes for basic day to day ops (checking/sending texts or making phone calls or checking emails) are painful with this device. Id have returned if i hadnt thrown away the box. Spend a few hundreds more and get a samsung.

This is my first OnePlus device and will be my last. For only 122.99 it seems to be a good deal, but it is not even worth using for a burner. I have flip phones that work better than this. OnePlus and OxygenOS is by far the worst Android experience I have suffered through. I recommend getting any old Pixel instead of this.

Do not buy this item in open box condition. I bought an open box and returned it for missing parts. Open box -excellent is supposed to have all of the parts and accessories. Parts were missing. I returned it and got a second phone. It was also Open Box -Excellent and missing parts. Plus the price had dropped by $40 the day after I bought it. I returned it again and was charged a $45 restocking fee. Best Buy customer service has really deteriorated. Amazon is much better. Amazon is where I will buy my next phone.

It’s ok but very slow processor and breaks to quickly even wen it’s on carpet and no one cares the replacement part but its ok
