Cheap mobile poor quality

No protection case available for this model in the store. The care app does not recognize the IMEI number, and the support team was unable to fix the issue. The screen broke after a small fall and the store could not repair it. Better to go for any other brand, OnePlus support is nonexistent.

I didn’t expect too much with it being around $200 but my goodness it’s not good at all! Every time your on the phone it mutes, dies quickly, and the camera is worse then a flip phone. Don’t waste your money!

This is a great “work” device for our employees to use running a small business. Economic, but efficient and delivers blazing fast 5G speeds. Couldn’t be happier.

When searching on the net and viewing anything with pictures, the phone graphics flicker all over the screen. It has no notification light to indicate of notification messages or calls.
