It also has a help function, if you ever need it. Only complaint is the ring sounds are terrible and sound like 1980 crappy. But so far so good. Only had for 3 weeks. Photos ok, apps work well, voice quality is fine.

Periodically it does a partial reboot, then complains there isn't a Verizon sim card. (It just did it AGAIN! Grrr!) Don't forget to set Vibrant Color Effect OFF under Settings or most videos won't play.

The customer service employee was very helpful and spend a couple of hours on it without any success, even after updating the system. A real problem which stops me making or receiving calls from Europe.
