Does not connect automatically to Wi-Fi despite being set to; does not roam for LTE when Wi-Fi is not available, despite being set to. Very poor settings information.

Phone is very slow at basic tasks such as switching between applications, the fingerprint recognition works less than half the time, sometimes there are visual errors such as flickering black bars on the screen even though the display is not broken. Overall horrible phone.

The advertised screen speed is a main reason I bought this, I touch it and often have to wait 3 to 15 seconds gor it to even react. This often causes me to touch it again not knowing if it registered my touch which can often have me going to unknowing place because it registers both touches like the second touch was after it completed the first touch. This is the worst smartphone I have ever had. I am looking for a replacement.

I've dealt with budget phones before but there's not one that's quite as slow and laggy as this one, didn't register half of my touches and crashes completely weekly, don't waste your money please

It says unlocked but it does NOT work with Verizon. Also, the camera is very very bad. Everything else is decent.

Worst phone I ever had. System is slow despite it being 64 gigs. Problem getting texts calls and data. Won't connect to data without turning airplane mode on and off. Signal fluctuates wildly. What good is a phone when it gets no service?

Can't review because FedEx lost it and denied my claim and not getting any help from either you or them. Please help.

Many problems with this phone. I do not recommend. Sorry that Bestbuy even sold me this product.

Like lots of people with this phone, I can't listen to voicemails or make calls because the OnePlus's proximity sensor is broken and stops calls when the phone is held up to your ear.
