Fast charging long lasting battery. Nice large screen, loud sounding speakers, lots of storage, and an out of this world camera system make this OnePlus Nord N 30 a must have for budget phones

My OnePlus Nord N30 5G didn't have the ability to add an e-sim card despite them advertising to the contrary. Spent about an hour on the phone with Mint Mobile and Googling solutions but at the end we determined the phone was defective - unable to activate any e-sim as that option on the phone was permanently grayed out. Waste of my time. My advice is to stick with name brand phones.

Unable to consistently receive secure text messages or push notifications for important apps such as banking and rideshare. Front facing camera is horribly pixelated.

This is likely the worst phone I've ever purchased (even compared to similarly priced phones from other brands). The phone stopped working in just 1.5 months and the customer service was horrible. If you're one of the (probably very few) customers who didn't have any problem, good for you. Otherwise, good luck getting your problem resolved. I will definitely never use any other OnePlus product in the future.

I went to two different stores in Las Vegas and because I didn't purchase the phone in the store they refuse to help me to activate it it's the worst customer service They eont help you,

Slow and barely functioning. Takes minutes for screens to load.

Advertised as UNLOCKED. Even if you set Unlock to ON, the bootloader is hard-locked. fastboot can't talk to it. This is garbage and it's getting returned.

I had high hopes for my phone. The major let down is that it does not connect to my car. The cord that they provided does not even fit to see if it's the problem. Every other phone does connect

No eSIM, I could not use this device. While the rest of the device is phenomenal. The low camera quality also completely turned me away unfortunately.

Does not support T-Mobile. Did not get a lot of calls and the phone would not sent or receive text messages. Had to return asap.

This mobile is very slow, can't scan QR code, unlocks automatically, unable to reach on full network. I really disappointed with this model.

A amazing phone much more then I expected. The camera is really high definition it charges up really quick it's fast processing and has decent internal memory with plenty of external capability to make sure you're never out of space. The screen is large and hd and overall it's a great phone with little to complain about. At the price best buy gave it out at it was an absolute steal and a heck of a deal. So if you're looking for a quality phone at the price of a loe end model this phone is for you. Thank you best buy you give us more then we're paying for!

Most useless phone I have ever owned. It is too sensitive. Closes apps on it's own.
