Most useless phone I have ever owned. It is too sensitive. Closes apps on it's own.

I replaced a Pixel 4a 5g. Overall I am very satisfied, particularly the longer battery life and the super fast charging. Processor speed is good, screen viewing is fine. Although it may not be the sturdiest phone case, I purchased a HD protector case enclosure for it. The camera is fine for my use, undoubtedly not as good as higher end units. I did have to take it to a Verizon store to get it activated.

I formerly owned a OnePlus 6 -- and when the battery / charging port started to go after 5 years I needed a new phone. After reviewing my used storage on my old phone and a glance at PC Mag / Consumer Reports reviews, I chose the Nord as my new phone. Why this phone works for me (and may work for you) 1. I wanted a sub $300 phone without a contract. 2. I don't use a lot of apps -- I needed something to make calls, send texts, browse the Internet, and occasionally stream videos, take photos, and video call from. 3. Battery life needed to be strong as I frequently don't have access to Wi-Fi. The Nord does all that for me. The camera is better than expected. The speed charger is phenomenal, going from sub 20% to full battery in less than an hour. I can use the phone constantly online without Wi-Fi for 8+ hours before I start getting to low battery warnings. In short if you don't care about the brand, need something that operates mostly as phablet, want it to be cheap but (hopefully) last you years, and don't mind the bonus of pretty good phone camera, the Nord is for you.

I will be buying my third Nord 1+ but this is my last attempt. The first one I was stupid and jumped in a pool with it. the second I bought 8 months ago and it has been a great mobile device. However, one night the display changed and all it showed was vertical lines. Nothing I can do will change it. I tried Nord 1+ support, but their support was not very good. One very important thing to do if you buy this phone, save the IMEI number, because they will not help you in anything, even if it is under warranty without it. In my case I cannot read the screen, I tossed the box, my carrier thinks I am on an old phone, and where I bought it would not have it. I would have set 2 stars just because of their support. As a mobile device, it is good. the performance for the price is a good deal, large amount of storage *and* you can use an SSD card which I am grateful for as I cannot access anything on the device now. I like the feel and size of the phone, it feels solid in my hand and the display (when it was working) was crisp overall. I'm trying this one more time because of the positives and this time storing the IMEI number somewhere safe. However, if within one year of purchase the device just stops working right, my next review will not be so nice even if it falls under warranty, because their process is to send it away to be repaired and leave you with nothing or a old back up.

It's an overall pretty good phone for the money. The battery life kept improving over the first week as the phone learned my habits. This more than capable of last 3 days with moderate usage. The only thing that I don't like is the camera. It's where they cut corners at, along with no wireless charging. The camera struggles with fine detail but for the money, it's oaky. The battery life, smart charging software and the super fast wired charging more than make up for wireless charging missing from the phone. Very solid for the price. Just wish the camera was better.

It has an LCD display so it won't cause eyestrain like an OLED phone. Reasonable pricing and a solid camera. Fingerprint reader is metallic and side mounted, meaning it works 100% of the time, unlike whatever trash you are currently using. Its got Android 13 with a May 2023 security patch. Can take SD cards for storage expansion. What a great phone from OnePlus.

This is an absolutely fantastic phone, with the AI camera features, it absolutely kills in photography. The battery life is pretty good too, if you play a lot of games you're definitely going to kill the battery before the day is over but if you're lightly using the phone through the day you got plenty of battery life to spare. I think it's an excellent phone for the budget.

I purchased this due to it's low price. I bought the unlocked version and it performs as good as a pixel 7 pro which is around $800. Super smooth, no lag, 5G works awesome, phone size is perfect and the battery lasts all day without needing a charge. The charger that comes with it is really fast, less than an hour it's at 100%.

I very much like my new phone, I am still learning about how to use it to the upmost, learning to use all its functions. The battery seems to last forever, and I love the camera.

I absolutely love this phone. It has great storage capacity and a fast processor. The camera is incredibly crisp colors. 5 stars all the way around! Great job on a great priced phone OnePlus!

Best budget phone - Super fast charging - Great performance

I needed a replacement phone for my last phone that cracked its display.i am more than impressed with the power this device at a 300 price point. The 3.5mm headphone jack and microsdcard slot are nice for the current phone scene where they are no longer included as part of some of the higher end devices.

If one is looking for a good phone without breaking the bank this is the one. I previously had a Samsung Galaxy I see no difference as a matter of fact the OnePlus is much better. I already recommended it to many of my friends.

A lot of cool, quirky, and user thoughtful features. OnePlus really hit the nail on the head. Best camera, screen quality in a phone I've ever had? No, obviously. For the price though, this is not a home run, but a grand slam!

My wife and I bought this phone and we both really like these phones. The battery charges fast and they work great! I definitely would recommend. Shipping was fast and placing the order online with best buy was easy.

Really good phone. Great screen and micro sd card slot. When it's on sale for $230, it is a really good value. Camera isn't amazing, but it is decent. Video recording suffers from lack of stabilization options. Overall a really good phone with acceptable performance for the price.

I like my new phone. Especially the headphone jack.
