I took a $1500 risk in purchasing this amazing device during pre-orders. Withing minutes of testing it wasted no time in returning my Z Fold 5. It is so much better in all ways. I am now considering in merging my personal line and give up my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The onplus open is so much lighter and convinient for personal, and of course, business use. You wont regret it. It is almost inposible to set the phone down.

Only a week in and it's performing admirably. Solid build, screens are beautiful, both folded and unfolded. Battery life is pretty amazing - consistent use in folded mode and I'm still at 70% at the end of day. Cameras are SO nice - crisp, rich colors and low noise on tele settings. So far I'm VERY impressed!

I tried when it was launched both the Samsung Fold 4 and 5 and was not impressed enough to keep. I had the Samsung Flip 5 for 3 month but trade in for a Oneplus 12. Happy with that phone. I had an opportunity to het the OnePlus Open used at a great price and am tryjng it out now. I liked it so far to not want to return it right away, like the 2 Samsung Folds. So far impressed with the phone after 5 days. Not sure about the picture taking yet. Not as good as the Oneplus 12. Still playing with the setting. Will see if it is a keeper and turn in the Oneplus 12. Will update after some time has pass...

This phone is top notch! Everything from the displays 120hz, audio, cams, fast charging, great battery life, screen sizes and ratio, everything!!!!!

Most people who buy One Plus phones don't realize that they are buying an Oppo phone. The One Plus brand is used in the US. In China and most of Asia, Oppo brand name is utilized here. Why is this important? It matters because the One Plus Open is the third folding phone made by Oppo. And it is, by all the specs except water resistance, the best folding phone ever made. One word of warning. This phone is not for the average user. It's features lean towards productivity and gaming so you may only have a need for 10% of what this phone does. For $1,399 to $1,699, a phone with the majority of features that you may never use may not make sense.

Great phone with all the bells and whistles!! APPLE WHO!?? THIS THING IS AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AN AWESOME PHONE! Camera is great so far. Can't say enough.

Let me start off by saying that this a fantastic all round phone. It does everything well. You won't be disappointed.

I was very hesitant to buy this phone. Going into stores and seeing the options to test out current phones was great! The fold 5 was great with the exception of it being so narrow. The Google foldable was to clunky for my taste. And the onepluse, well, it was the only phone I couldn't get to test in any store I could find. But with many articles and many videos explaining how great this phone is, I had made up my mind! After receiving the oneplus open, I was as very estatic. The phone looks great, it runs very well, it's how I expected it to be after much research on it. However, and this is a big however for me! This phone is extremely small.... I knew the specs before purchasing but I guess I didn't realize how small small would be. I have rocked Sony phones for over a decade now and have been spoiled with tall large phones. Having this oneplus open in my hands is very uncomfortable. When it's closed it feels fine, still extremely short but small none the less. When it's open, my hands just can't get comfortable. If this was a taller spec I don't think this would be an issue. My hands feel cramped and sore after a day of use and I'm probably going to give this phone to my husband and go back to a Sony phone. Again, I love the phone otherwise but for ME this is a deal breaker.

I just tried to get an appraisal for my trade-in on my phone because I really wanted the OnePlus open because it has a camera that's specially designed. However, I ended up getting a pixel fold which cost more than that phone and you just told me that it was worth $60. You're smoking crack and should be ashamed of yourselves for that. $60 for a $2,000 phone and what world does that happen? It's not even like 4 months old. I'll never use Best buy again. Thank you for ruining that for me

Great phone, but Best Buy will bait and switch you on an open box item. Mine was missing over $100 worth of accessories and customer service was useless, and extremely rude. It's no wonder retail is dying.

Honestly, would recommend buying this phone from best buy. Got ours and it has a hardware issue. Cant get an exchange because phone is unavailable now. Cant get full money back because cant give us trade in money back along with what we paid for the phone. One plus has a rule if you buy it third party your manufacture warranty is invalid. Basically screw all around.

Best buy had an Ad for $1099. When tried to buy surpisingly want to sell for $1499 and $1699. What kind of sham/scam is that. I have transcript to prove shady business of Best Buy aka (Worst or Scammer Buy). Very disgusting way to do business!! Shame on them!!
