Onimusha returns in this great remaster of a PS2 classic.

Sure hope this remaster marks the return of the series.

It’s a must for any old school ps2 fan of the games

I played this game when it first came out on the PS2 and am glad to return. The nostalgia hit hard. The graphics in HD are better, but obviously not PS4 quality. Still a great pick-up if you want to relive the PS2 glory days and don't have a PS2.

I have fond memories of playing the onimusha series as a kid so this game was so much fun to play through again. If you’re not buying this for nostalgia and you’ve only played recent AAA titles, this probably isn’t the game for you.

This game will stand up well for those who played it previously but otherwise by today's standards it is a little short. Otherwise just a nice demon slaying game similar to others like Devil May Cry minus the sarcasm.

If you are a fan of the original game from back in the day, you owe it to yourself to buy this. If you're not then you've been missing out and need to buy this... either way, BUY THIS, it is worth the money.

I like the game, but it wasn't for me. My dad loves this series. if I would summarize the game, I would say it was like the dark soul series before it came out just set in Japan. The difficulty isn't around the same genre, but its eerily similar.

Great remaster of an absolute PlayStation 2 Classic. They did a solid job with remastering textures and its is simple the best the game as ever looked. No other improvements really,

This is one of my favorite games from the PS2 era. The remaster does a good job updating it. However, the story is not so great. Regardless, I still love this game.

In 2001 I have purchased the Onimusha game for the ps2 and it was a pleasure to play with it. And now it is for the ps4 and I get play it again to enjoy.

This game came out a long time ago on the PS2. Mechanically, it is similar to the original Resident Evil games, but instead of zombies you are battling demons from feudal Japan. Graphics are dated.

I loved the original Onimushu Warlords game when it came out in the early 2000's for PS2. Very similar in style of play to Resident Evil, but set in feudal Japan. This PS4 re-issue is an exact duplicate of it, and that is probably what is disappointing is that it is an exact duplicate. The graphics have not been improved, overall gameplay is the same. If you want a fun bit of nostalgia, this is okay for the good price. If you want a true melee battle game that takes full advantage of the graphics and performance of the PS4, go buy the 2018 God of War game.

Just like the classic back on ps2. I really cant tell any different in the quality. But still an over classic slasher resident evil version.

The controls still aren't great but at least you can use the analogue stick. This game is still fun. A nostalgia piece.

This was the best when it first was released on ps2 but now it's better.

OMG, OMG, this was “the” ps2 game to have! Glad it got some love to do that we can relive the glory that is this game!

Still love this game from the first time I played it on PS2 even to now especially with the new game control layout.
