This receiver has everything you need for your home theater system- great sound and easy setup.

This receiver replaced an Onkyo 7.1 THX certified receiver from 2008. It was still going strong after almost 8 years of daily use. So I didn't think I could go wrong with another Onkyo. This new unit is amazing works well with my new vizio 4k tv. Sound is even better than previous Onkyo. I can airplay and use quite a few apps with the wireless feature. The atmos sound is superb. You won't be sorry with this receiver.

This has a ton of uses. A little hard to program, but Goggle helped a little and got things working. A must for entire and new surround system. Loving it now.

Seamless infrared connection with tvs, audio system in all zones in house. Switching occurs quickly. Excellent product.

I purchased this receiver after the Sony receiver I had purchased 1 year prior stopped working. It does all it is require to do. The 2nd zone works as advertised.

I was replacing receiver from a competitor. The Onkyo has more features that iwas looking for. The phonograph input and WiFi we're just a couple. Very good product.

I was looking to prepare for my eventual 4k TV, and needed an upgraded receiver that could handle HDR and 4k. This fit the bill, for a good price. Unfortunately all of the lower priced options only had 4 HDMI inputs, and I needed 6 or more, so this worked out well. The sound is also amazing. It could just be placebo, but it sounds way better than my previous receiver did.

The last Onkyo receiver we had would get hot enough to fry an egg on the case. No extra fan needed for this one, or cabinet door hanging open. The receiver works great with all our peripheral equipment and with the SUHD 4K Samsung TV. The receiver is powering a $4K 7.2 Klipsch speaker system. It sounds great from the sparkling highs to the deep thumping bass of the subwoofers.

Easy set up, great sound. Have 5+ pass through devices and all work great.

Good receiver, easy set-up., good sound and video. Needs a MP3 player plug.

My first ss was an onkyo system, and I loved it. When my receiver began acting up I held out for christmas specials. Purchased a receiver and seperate speaker package, both are awesome. I haven't played with the 7.1/2 setup yet, but looking forward to it. Price wise, you can't go wrong with Onkyo. As I always say, do your homework.
