This ONkyo 6 CD player is to replace my SONY 5 CD player which is no longer operable. What I like about this unit is that it takes 6 CD's and not 5. And thit sounds great. A few issues that I do have is that the display on the unit is not bright. The buttons on the unit are small and the buttons on the remote control are very small and hard to read. Finally, I wish that here was an easier way to see how much time remains on a track/CD.

great six disc cd player. had a hard time finding one i dont think many companies are making these anymore. works great and i would tell people if you need one this is the one to get before they stop making them. its going by the wayside like cassette decks and vcr players.

I hadn't purchased a CD player in years but when it was time to replace mine (or throw out my CDs) I went to Best Buy as my obvious first choice. This was an 'open box' sale but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's worked perfectly for me other than being a hair too deep to fit my existing cabinet. I was able to make it fit without much problem.

I'm happy with my Onkyo 6-disk player. It wasn't my first choice because everything else I have is Sony. But I could not find ANY 5 or 6 disk players so I got the only one I could find. Now I'm an Onkyo fan. Installation was snap. It works and sounds perfect. I will be purchasing an Onkyo receiver within the next few months, and I'll be buying it at BestBuy!

This is my second Onkyo - the first one was lost by the movers. I love this unit and chose it over the Sony. Now, I know the Sony can also burn CD's, and Sony's a terrific brand - I have a Sony 4K TV and Blu-Ray player - but I decided to go with the Onkyo. (I can always burn CD's on my computer.)

Needed to replace my old Sony 5 disc carousel CD player. The Onkyo seemed to be the best value for the money. So far it seems to work well. My only complaint, and it's no real fault of the unit, is being a 6 disc instead of a 5 disc, it's bigger and deeper than my old one. When I get around to it I need to cut a hole in the back of my new media console so that the player does not hang out the front.

I really like this one, my wife bought it for me after hearing me say it would be nice to have my music back. It’s so easy to play and reload new discs with hours of music

Like I said, I really like the fact that this unit has six CD holder. The unit itself is very handsome & neat. Easy to use. I got really great speakers for it and the unit is very clear & crisp. Really enjoying the player.

Bought 2 new, very happy. Bought a 3rd one open box excellent condition for the price reduction and despite the fact Excellent means all the parts are there, the remote control was missing. I chatted with support and they told me to go to the store with the box to assist… disappointing. Can’t they just send me the remote?

After my 5 disc cd player stopped playing I was truly lost. No music & didn't know what to do. I need my music. After looking, only to find nothing that I liked I tried looking into best buy & thank goodness I found the 6 disc in which I didn't know they made one & bought it. I just love this machine.

Replaced a 25 yr old Sony 5 disc that quit on me with the Onkyo 6 disc player and am very satisfied with the new one.

Easy to hookup; works well. The sound is superior to the one it replaced.

I am usually a die hard LG fan but had the older version of this player and cant say a single bad thing about it. Works like a charm with my LG soundbar too. I love the multi player so I can load my favs and listen all day.
