Setup and connectivity issues

The zone 2 is analog format meaning the sound quality some times is poor in my opinion. I have at the system for about a month now and starting to have issues with the system not communicating with there app. The receiver and the app keeps saying system is offline.

Great unit and easy to setup

It took a couple of units though before I got one that worked. This is not Best Buy's fault but Onkyo for not having better quality control. First unit had a faulty HDMI out port and the second had an issue with the speakers. After a third unit it is perfectly working and now I will need to get new speakers to upgrade from the 5.1 to 7.2 options.

An Excellent A/V Receiver

It does everything you need it to do. It has 2 composite video inputs, 2 component video inputs, and SIX HDMI inputs, I can't imagine anyone needing more than that. It also upconverts everything to HDMI. The remote is very well designed and is a great size for one with larger hands. It also has many surround and effects modes and is very easy to set up. Oh yeah and it sounds great too.

what i needed

GREAT PASS THROUGH SURROND SOUND
