Great receiver, would have given it 5 stars but the one problem I have is that ever time I turn it on it goes into initial setup and wants to be hoked up to a tv. that's great if you want to but I use it strictly for music. Other than that, its great.

Receiver works well. I like the video switching. One of the HDMI ports stopped working and has to go in for repair under the 2 year warranty. Aside from this issue, I am very happy with the receiver.

I still haven't used it yet. I tried to hook it up as just an audio receiver but it brings up the "Initial Setup" and I have to connect it to a TV to do that. My future plans are to use it with a home theater projector which I have not purchased yet. Thought I could use it as audio until then. And I realize that this is a tech world now but I would much rather have a paper Users Guide. But with it being 130+ pages, I havent printed one yet. So basically, I'm just an old man who doesn't know jack about this nor do I understand all of it's features. The last Onkyo A/V receiver was awesome in my theater but I sold it when my projector went bad.

I was having a lot of issues with the Sony brand and constantly having to buy them over and over. I bought this brand and it works great. Hope to get a longer life out of this one than the other brands.

Definitely not audiophile standards but this does the job. Sonos integration works as expected and sets the mood for the party. Plenty of Inputs and hits all the right qualifications for sound certification.

Had this for over 1 year and can’t complain. Easy to up with my 7.1 wired speakers. 1 HDMI port has already gone bad but there are plenty of inputs to keep me satisfied.

Love this receiver. Delivers all my audio files and TV to my Golden Ear Triton Reference Standard speakers with power to spare and provides crisp sounds from various sources. Great receiver for the price.

I added 6 speakers, I added a DVD, VCR, Cassette Player, Turntable and Dish Network box. It was a task to program it correctly - a lot of trial and error. But, once done, it worked great.

Pretty good. Some issues with audio input crossover (getting TV recognized when not using a streaming device), and some issues with certain features/poor UI, but great value for what you get.

This system is has been a great addition to our house allowing us to control our living room and patio from our phone. There are also a lot of great built in features, like network streaming, ability to connect to Google Home, etc.

Sound is great all the functions I needed....for now lol. Has an occasional hdmi handshake issue but might be because of the complex set up I have in my AV closet

I bought this receiver after reading Onkyo and pioneer are be owned by the same company. I like the auto setup, didn't know I would need a tv to use it though. I do miss some of the pioneer sound presets I had on an older model.

Unfortunately older version I had bit the bullet but was still under warranty. Upgraded to this unit for and am pleased so far. We'll see in another year if it holds up.

So far so good. I replaced an old Pioneer home theater system with this Onkyo, and so far, I feel it's out performing the Pioneer by a mile. Very happy with the purchase so far.

Purchased this opened box item at my local Best Buy and it was in such great shape like it was never used. Great value low price and I was able to use my rewards coupon as well! Win win!

I bought this receiver at a great price since it is last years model, however that is no detriment to the rich feature list this thing provides. This receiver does not disappoint!

there is just so much you can do with this . The only downfall is when you hook up 2 subs it can not adjust each alone . It is the same as using a splitter . But I still give it 5 stars

We bought a new TV and wanted to replace our old one. This one works great. We got some guidance from the Best Buy sales person, check out the reviews and settled on this one.

Everything functions near-perfectly and I love that it has atoms support. Arc feature can get slightly annoying depending on the TV but other than that it works great.

I bought the receiver about 6 months ago and I am please with it’s performance. I mainly used it to watch movies and listen to the music.
