Couldn't get 4K video thru HDMI

Problem was probably length of HDMI Cable. The unit was otherwise very nice but this was a deal buster. No problem returning thru Best Buy

Unreliable, poor quality

Not very advanced in the features department either. for a receiver of "high tech" capabilities it's limited. Next time, it's going to be a Yamaha or Sony!

Bad luck with a open box

Brought it home and hooked up, power came on and showed volume strength than shut off. I reset numerous times and still would not work or let me set it up. I have a older Onkyo, it’s just the luck of the draw.

Used it for two weekend third weekend no longer worked. Repair shop said it had corrosion, don't know what from???? Not covered by warranty. Christmas gift didn't open box till I took it to summer home at end of April.
