Product did not work. After spending almost an hour on the phone the a Best Buy Tech Rep I returned the product. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, but could not determine the problem. Could not get and a person from Onkyo when I tried contacting them.

NO MANUAL!! CAN NOT GET TO WORK! ON MAY 27 I CALL GEEK SQUAD TO COME OUT @130.00 ON MAY 31. NO CALL SO CALL THEM TRUCK BROKE DOWN RESCH! GOT EMAIL TELL IT WAS SCH FOR SAT 6/1 CALLED THIS AM AND THE DRIVER CALL OUT SICK! RESCH NOW SCH FOR 6/6!!

This has been a nightmare. A geek squad person came at site to recommend this receiver to do what we wanted to do. However since that purchase two different installers have come from Geek Squad and they keep saying that this is not going to work due to existing Bose system wiring etc etc. This has been a frustrating process for us, Now they are telling that I have to return the device personnaly

Terrible. No way advertised watts is correct. Powers off when switching between inputs. Does not have a 4 speaker setup. Seeing as there was no operational display models of any audio equipment, I'll no longer shop at Best buy.

Returned receiver. Zone 2 controls did not work independently from the main zone when using the remote or app, no volume control. On the main zone the vocals where washed out and hard to hear over the ambient sound of the movie. I had bought to replace a 10 year old receiver. My old receiver was much better.

Very quick delivery. Receiver works great! I would recommed this onkyo receiver to anyone wanting to buy a receiver.

Horrible sound for music and it went in to protection mode the second day i had it and was clicking and wouldnt turn back on

I am a huge fan of this receiver and how it works perfectly with my Sonos products.

HDMI Output failed on it within 3 months of purchase. Onkyo will fix it under warranty but I am responsible for shipping it back to them or driving it to a service center an hour away. I already paid good money for this receiver, I shouldn't have to cover shipping costs on a new item.

So far it’s been a good stereo little complicated to figure out but nothing that can’t be overcome

Easy to hook up ..... HDMI cables take the work out of it. Hooked it to a Bose system and the sound clarity is unbelievable.

Hasn't been installed. Don't know if it's any good.

i've had multiple problems with this. very difficult to set up and doesn't stay working. this will cost you a fortune hiring experts to come try to fix and tune. in the end it will be useful only a paperweight.

Only reason I bought this receiver was to have video inside and outside from the same input. Since I purchased, I spent 3 hours adjusting every setting, updating firmware, and googling how to get the second hdmi output to display, but nothing worked.

We confirmed that this receiver would support two zones. After the technician spent two hours trying to get it to work, he acknowledged that it would not. We had to return this receiver and ordered a different one.

lost surround sound . lost some of tv color. will take it back and get another one.

This receiver is beyond difficult to connect to surround sound. It is not compatible with Sony Bravia 4K. Geek squad could not get sound and advised me to return to Best Buy.

Remote stopped working. I contacted ONKYO and they could not get me a replacement remote.

Easy enough to attach the wires per the labels on the receiver, but t plays two inputs at the same time! Very frustrating & confusing. Onkyo should figure out a way to make the unit shorter, as it does not fit in most media center shelving units.

Purchased this product and ceiling speakers. Only had this a couple months and now it's not working. Had geek guys come out and it didn't work. I will be going into the store for a replacement.
