Support Sucks

I bought this at the end of March. It is now 3 months later and the eARC has gone out. That's the Audio Return Channel from my TV, This is super important to anyone using an Antenna for local TV stations. After chasing my tail looking for help (Best Buy doesn't handle repairs or anything on this item), I learned I have to take or ship it at least 120 miles to get it repaired. While it worked, I loved it! I even bought a SONOS portable to use with it so I could listen to the local news in other rooms of the house. With eARC out, that can't even do that./
