this works without internet in our mother's nursing room

I have two oomas and they have saved me lots of money.

I got this to replace by landline and although it does work it doesn't work as well I don't know if it's because I'm using the Wi-Fi connecting phone with it maybe a plug-in phone would work better but I'm not sure it beats the $15 a month for home phone

I have been very frustrated with a regular service provider and was looking for an alternative to keep my landline. I had done research and was told the Ooma system would be a good alternative. Very poor sound quality. Always feel like I'm talking through a tin can. Lots of problems getting it set up as they did not drop the initial number and had many many problems. Still keeping my landline but trying to finally transition to only cell service. I think having this ooma System will finally forced me to get rid of my landline after 35 years. It dropped many important calls and sometimes takes two or three dialings just to get through. Not happy

The box and service works and everything for a low monthly price, but sound quality on my end is not great. My callers say it sounds fine, but fuzzy on my end. Support is pretty much useless. They don't care if they solve the issue or not. Time will tell if I have issues.

Finally a reasonably priced alarm system. Does seem to go through batteries.

I had a similar product that broke. Hope his will last much longer

Was paying over 124.00 per month. Will save over $1,000 a year with Ooma.

I am thankful for Ooma, it Dropped my bill price and is very helpful.

Great Works like it should Should have got it year ago.

I wish this item had the ability to ring the app, but it does email and text phone messages.

Works great and was able to save 50.00 per month by canceling my phone service.

The first one I bought was missing a cable however bestbuy replaced whole system.

I am Using this OOMA Telo as a line for a fax machine.

Unable to port my phone number because of my DSL line. The Ooma phone was a waste of money for me.

love it , the fan when starting up is a little loud but then goes quite.

I don't have to pay the phone company for a phone line anymore.

it works perfectly ,I have purchased 2 of them, highly recommend it.

Experienced difficulties porting an existing number to Ooma. They say it takes about 3-4 weeks to port a number if not expedited. If you call they can expedite it, but you have don’t have a say in when the number is actually ported. Also, you can’t communicate with the team that handles porting. You deal with someone at a centralized number who in turn submits “tickets” to the port team.
