I am SO PLEASED with this device. Here's why. The only cost I pay monthly is $3 for government taxes required to use 911 emergency services. I have no problem with that!. The call quality is excellent and you get caller ID, call waiting, and voicemail all for free.

Our kids cell phones were unreliable (i.e. they would not keep them charged, lose them, break them, game until their eyes turned blue, etc). We added the OOMA TELO because the kids would simply not answer their phones. Now we have the OOMA and a three handset wireless phone setup in the house so the whole house lights up with rings when someone calls the home number (always us). We have a rule they have to answer or grounding's become a real thing. No problems since!

Cancelled my triple play package and ported over my number to Ooma and we haven't skipped a beat! Totally worth the one time cost of the device. Easy setup and it just works!

This is a great product. Ooma representative helped switch over from an old Ooma modem that had failed after many years of service. The rep made the set up easy.

Ooma is a really good way to reduce your phone bill. You already pay for your internet service, why not add this device and then you have phone service for the cost of the device and then $6-10/month for 911 service fees.

I switched our landlne over to Ooma VOIP using the Telo device. We're now saving $55 compared to the landline charges and fees we were paying the phone company. It works well. We only had one issue. I had to change the advanced settings, otherwise I can't answer calls. I could have had customer support help me, but I chose to try it myself first.

Had an earlier version of this for about 5 years and it bit the dust during a recent storm. Picked up a new one, called Ooma to get it activated and I was on my way. Hope it lasts another 5 years. I've literally saved thousands over my traditional land/line.

We have been very happy with the Ooma service. The call quality is great, and it's nice having caller ID and and long distance inlcuded for just a few dollars a month (for taxes). The only drawback we have noticed is that sending faxes often doesn't work at all.

Love this system, especially with the savings from using the regular landline. Msgs were difficult to hear at first, but followed Ooma's instructions to change upload speed and that cleared up.

The call clarity that we get with Ooma is as good as we had with our expensive cable company. Set up was easy. We are wondering why we waited so long to make the switch.

This was my second Ooma. First one lasted nine years. Hook up was quick and easy. Switch over was easy and no cost. Great sound quality. Everything works as expected. Definitely a great buy.

I had an ooma for several years / saving me thousands by eliminating phone bills. Recently zapped it because of a lighting strike. Bought this replacement, called ooma to activate it with the same phone number, and was up and running with minimal effort. This is a great product.

Took minutes to setup. Voice quality great, in fact volume is high compared to regular landline. If you pick random number instead of keeping your old number, remember to register new number with donotcall.gov or else you will be inundated with robo sales calls.

Does all that was expected. Easy to install. Reasonable monthly fees.

It was a straightforward installation and service is good. Cheaper than the competitors. Just pay the taxes each month.

If you have a good internet connection, then this service is great. You can't beat the Ooma pricing. You can get Ooma telephone service and just get internet/tv packages though your local carriers. It saved me a lot of money, and i like the features Ooma offers.

Device has way surpassed our expectations. The previous device which was not Telo after just a few months would work one day and not the next. With the Telo we've had crystal clear calls since we installed it and have never had a dropped call.

Works perfectly from reception to transmitting a call. Very easy to install!
