We have had a Ooma box for a long time, almost 8 years. It started rebooting randomly. We replaced that old unit with this one and it has been smooth sailing since.

This was easy to install even for a non tech kind a guy. the quality of the product and of the sound are really great. I would recommend this system to my friends.

I bought this because a relative already had one and was using it successfully. I like the idea of a one time purchase and then a small (ours is a little above $5) per month fee. Feels like free compared to what the cable company wanted to charge. And, the cable phone service wasn't working properly through my house phone lines, so the fact that this only worked through my digital phone and extra handsets was no big deal. Set up was a little challenging for me and my son had to show me that I tried to plug it into the wrong place on my router. :( But once it was properly plugged in, it worked great!

We never used our land line phone we all have cell phones but still wanted a phone at home "just in case" this was a great alternative for a fraction of what we were paying

Works very well, easy set up. There is a minor occasional echo, but overall, it works great and dropped my monthly bill to $4.08! The answering machine function that lets you screen calls is great too..can't do that with most voip. You can't beat that.

Setting up the Ooma phone was super easy and quick. I've had it for a month and have had no issues. It's a great alternative to paying the typical $30 or more a month through a provider like Cincy Bell or TWC.

Saves money on phone line. No more monthly phone bills. All you pay is the taxes which is like $4 monthly. In the long run you save money by purchasing the ooma.

We still need a home phone for emergencies and we're so glad we bought the Ooma Telo. We used to have a bundled cable service, but with prices getting ridiculously high and streaming content being a better option for us, we needed to cut the cord, but also keep our home phone at a reasonable cost. Ooma Telo allows us to do that. We only have to pay the government fees, which is currently less than $7/month. The service has been great and we're so glad we got the Ooma Telo.

Was easy to setup. The port of my phone number only took about 5 days. Just wish you could lower the light level of the OOMA blue light, it acts like a night light.

This device replaces on that I had. Just like the other one it works great and saves me money. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to save money

After buying the device, I pay just a few dollars for taxes/fees. Otherwise it is free. Clear calls made over the internet. Easy setup. Choose your own area code and number or port your existing number.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Recently replaced our Ooma unit. It’s a great value for the basic service and the premium level has nice features if needed.

Works perfectly. Easy to set up. Just unplug the old; plug in the new and good to go. Saves money every month too.

I got this as a replacement for Vonage. The month service charge through Ooma is very economical. The call quality is great. I am saving about $15/month over Vonage.

Dumped my land line for an easer cheaper Internet phone. Wish I had done it years ago.

Used Ooma box to cut the cord with cable company. Online setup was easy, as was transfer of number. Reduced my bill by 85%, service has been great so far. Thanks Ooma!

I love this phone system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clear, no uneven tones, multiple numbers, vm the list goes on and on. I will never pay for a phone with an internet provider again. you can't beat 60.00 a year with a bat!!!!!

Good product. A great way to utilize one service for two functions. Get a land line and only paying one bill (Service) the internet.

The device was easy to understand and easy to install. It worked exactly as it said it would. We are happy to be using this phone service for a whole home now.

Our phone bill went from around $50 a month to $4 a month. Ooma calls are crystal clear and I was able to port my existing phone for an additional one time fee. Setup was easy and the Ooma customer service is great.
