I couldn't afford the regular phone bill any more, so we use this VOIP device and it works great. Lower cost by far!

I pay about 4 dollars a month and get to have 2 lines. The sound is clear & no static. Would highly recommend it.

It's a phone line plain and simple. Does what you want it to do. A lot of the "features" most will not use as this is likely going to be a backup to cell phones.
