Purchased this to change my telephone service provider. Easy to setup, and operates better than expected.

The sound quality on Ooma is great. It is better than I had with my previous home phone service provider and it always works and have never had a telemarketer call.

This item has allowed us to ditch our lousy phone service and reduce the monthly cost by $45. It works great, though it required the expertise of our technology savvy grandson, to get it set up. We still receive the calls through our regular phone and were able to retain our phone number, too. We are very happy with the results!

The service and quality is excellent. Technical support is very responsive. If you are travelling overseas, a definite must. The quality of the calls very good.

This phone system works great. The sound is loud and clear. The only negative thing that I don't care for is all the new telemarketers calling now.

Easy set up and I was able to keep my existing land line phone #. No more paying att $35/month for home service plus I get a ton of features for a mere $4/month.

This is the second one we have owned, we were happy with the first one, and when it quit after 10 years we went and bought this one.

I have owned a Telo for last 4 years and it has worked very well. I have been using my second line on the wireless extension they have as an option, and though it mostly worked, sometimes sound quality was not what I expected, especially when compared to the Telo. So this was to replace the wireless leg. I was concerned about getting everything cut over to the Telo from the "second" line on the original Telo, but customer support was great and they had it moved to my new Telo in less than 30 minutes. Basically system cycle time. Very pleased.

Love the Ooma! Works great. Sound is excellent. Voice mail is awesome.

If you've got internet service and a legacy land line, the OOMA Telo is a good option to use. You can port your legacy phone number and use VOIP (Voice over IP) for telephone service. I've used this product for over 10 years (had to purchase a replacement after power issue).

Easy set up out of the box, make sure you have an actual phone, this was just the device, no handsets. Website dashboard is easy to navigate too.
