The setup was very easy. I will be canceling my landline. I tried the product for a few months before cancelling my landline.

I signed up with Ooma phone service about a year and half ago and for the most part the service was fine. However, I ran into an issue where I was getting dial tone, the phone was dialing, but the call remained silent. At first I chalked it up to the place I was calling was either closed or having issues. The next day, I tried calling and ran into the same issue. I even tried calling my own cell phone, but it didn't ring either. I was able to fix the issue by power-cycling the phone adapter (It takes several minutes) and so far it is working fine. However, there was no indication lights that showed there was an issue and when I logged into my account page, it showed that there were indeed calls placed. Ultimately I decided to cancel Ooma's service and sign up with AT&T's VOIP service since I mainly use this service for backup and emergency needs.

Occasionally the person your speaking with cannot hear you even though you can still hear them. Then you must hang up and call back to resolve the problem

I have an old ooma for a very long time. Still working until ooma upgrade their system. I have no choice but to buy a new one. I returned this oioma because I found a better version.

This item works great. There are monthly fees but way less expensive than those of other carriers and better dependability. One down fall is that it does not connect to 911 the same as a landline phone. It is through a different call center that must redirect you, so anyone staying at your house will need to be made aware in case of an emergency.

I had never heard of this before getting a new job that required a land line. It works great.

Excellent service for my mother since cable went ridiculous in price so WiFi calling less then 5.00 bucks a month

Don't use home phone a lot, saving about $25/ mo on service. Clear sound, works as promoted.

Just as I was told. You have to pay monthly for taxes, but that is all. It's saving me $30 a month in landline phone bill!
