This is my second Ooma (the first was damaged by lightening). I have been very happy with both.

Highly Recommend. Reason for purchase: 1. Needed home phone line 2. Avoid extra fees phone company charges...Accomplished both. Unit is easy to use and setup, provides reliable "land line" per se and costs less than phone company. Only recommendation is buy unit with the wifi adapter so can place unit anywhere plus free up port on back of modem

Best way to keep home phone for cheap approx six dollars a month

I absolutely love the Ooma. It is a great alternative to having to pay the cable company for home phone.

This was a replacement unit for one that was hit by an electrical surge and works great.

IT hooks up easily, and it works. I should make my money back after purchase in 4 months.

Ooma is the best VOIP service I have tried. Works great.

We moved away from Ooma due to sound quality, especially on international calls, and were with another provider. Cost and poor service made us decide to try Ooma again. We needed a new unit and have now set up Ooma on two lines, both of which work very satisfactorily and the sound quality is great. Just a word of advice - make sure the Ooma sales team get you onto the right package for your needs!

This worked well for simple phone service. Had issues when trying to fax. Also, not compatible with my home security system.

You connect the Ooma to your phone and internet and you're set. After purchase of the device, you only pay taxes and fees monthly. You can port your current phone number, and review all calls, charges, etc. on your personalized site. For the most part, my reception has been superior to ATT with only an occasional pause. My transition was essentially painless.

Switched from Spectrum after HOA changed servers. Appears to be working well.

Very good sound quality and you cannot beat the low monthly cost.

Love the unit,but hate their customer service. Hard to get numbers ported.

Optimal device to have an IP phone. You have an app to download and have it in your cell.

The ooma telo is a GREAT VoIP phone system. Initial cost is low to purchase and setup is easy. Just need to have an existing router with internet service to plug the telo into. After activating the telo you can make/receive phone calls anywhere in the US for "free"--just need to pay about $5/mo for fees, that's it!

Seems to work fine. Sound quality is pretty good. Very well worth t h e $80

I should have done this years ago. OOMA works great and is simple to use.

Works as expected, service is consistent, as long as my ISP is working! Monthly fee much less than a hard line.

Highly impressed with this device. We just moved our parents into an assisted care facility and this allowed them to take their old number with them. We set up a dedicated internet connection, but the device is also supposed to connect to WiFi.
