The set up for this system was fairly easy. The only downfalls of this product is sometimes there is an awful echo, and it drops some calls. For the price I can deal with the minor downfalls.

Ooma provides a high quality replacement for traditional land line or cable bundled service. With caller ID, 911 service and voicemail included in the basic service package, I didn't need to upgrade to the pricier premium service.

Great product very very happy with it The call clarity was better than AT&T Wireless that I had and who an beat only paying less than $5 a month for phone.

our old system died and we wanted a replacement. Pro's the LINX (and add-on) is wireless and doesn't need access to a phone jack so it can go anywhere there is power. We had some issues in setting the system up but coma support took care of it. We are happy to continue using their service.

I owned an Ooma device for over 2 years. It works very well. No need to pay extra for phone service with your internet service provider. The device pays for itself in 6 months. I liked it so much, I brought one as a gift for my good friend.

I have owned an ooma hub for several years now, as long as you have a good internet connection, you have great quality phone service. You simply can't beat the savings with Ooma!

i bought this ooma to replace my optimum voice which was costing me $29.95 every month. with the ooma i pay only $6 every month highly recommend it plus they gave me $50 in international calling credit

Did not work after following setup procedure. Ooma technicians set device up remotely.

My coma is well worth the cost because now I have no monthly bill for my landline. It was a little difficult because I had to change my internet to dry loop in order to keep my original phone number. Once this was completed, I am happy with my coma.

we purchased so we would be able to fax without a phone line since AT&T hadn't shown up 4 times to install a jack. we ended up returning this product when the phone company finally showed. we can't say how it worked but liked the possibility

It was returned. I bought 3 models to decide which one to replace my older system of 10 years. This lost out! Best Buy was great about return. I picked the wireless version

Wanted to stop paying for cable phone. watched several youtube videos for best placement of product and online setup for us. The porting of our present phone number was scheduled to take 3-4 weeks ,but took 1 1/2 weeks.

This is the greatest thing ever! Home phone for free. I pay taxes which is like $4 a month. You get voicemail and cheap international calls. You can forward calls to any number,it’s pretty awesome.

Good quality phone service, inexpensive, just pay taxes.

Got the Ooma box, connected it to my modem, logged in to Ooma and picked a new phone number and in no time was making calls. The call quality is not perfect, but for the low cost, perfectly acceptable

Cheap alternative for a landline. However it’s very hard to set up. Had to call Oma to set up an it took 20 minutes to go from red to green light.

If your tired of paying for a home phone and want a great free phone service (minus taxes) this is awesome. I bought it for my mom and set it up in 15 mins. Awesome product!
