    Great oven! Takes some practice to get it right, my first try was a disaster! The start up video on Ooni website wasn't very helpful but after watching people using the oven on numerous Youtube videos I've gotten it down pat.

    Pretty expensive. The pizza comes amazingly tasty but alway 30% is burnt.

    The ooni has made great pizzas. I am still getting a hang of it but so far the pizzas that have come out taste better than from the oven or from the major franchises like Dominos

    The Ooni product is amazing. But the shipping was delayed. And I tried to pay with a gift card, but then the gift card got rejected after I placed the order. I didn't want to lose the order so I added a credit card and thought I would be able to get refunded for the gift card. After a 45 days dealing with customer service 5 separate times, and them telling me it shouldn't be a problem to get refunded, they finally told me today that they couldn't help and it was a third party issue. If this was Amazon, I think I would have gotten a refund immediately. I don't trust Best Buy at all. This is why I'll never shop at Best Buy again. Ooni should not sell through them anymore and just sell on their website. There is no point in me going to Best Buy instead of Ooni.

    The ease and simplicity of the Ooni Koda 16 is what makes this pizza oven awesome! If you do your homework by watching videos and joining the Ooni FB page you will be very popular with friends and family. It gets to 900 degrees. I highly recommend the Ooni Koda 16!
