Customers frequently mention the excellent cleaning performance and ease of use of the iO Series 5 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush. Many appreciate the long battery life, pressure sensor, and timer features. The app is also seen as a nice addition. A minor concern is the lack of a cap for the brush head.

Does it primary job well, which is brushing! A little difficult to use the features as there is no way of checking the battery at will, which is annoying

Nice for traveling places. Now I can have the use of an electric toothbrush when I’m away on vacation. It’s so much better for my teeth and gums instead of using a traditional toothbrush.

I was very disappointed after getting this product as the device's charger attachment broke off the device. I took it back to the store to replace it with the same item. It happened again! This is the IO5 series. I was looking forward to using it but the above happened. After the second time I bought another brand.i have to set it up. It is a Sonicate.

Was really enjoying this brush until it completely stopped charging and will not turn on. I haven't even had it a year. Buyer beware, there's no warranty or safety protections for you and you'll just have to buy another if it stops working. Sad, I've been with Oral B forever and will now switch to Phillips I guess.

This electronic toothbrush just did not work for me. It caused gingivitis to my teeth. Imagine investing so heavily in a toothbrush to improve oral health only to get far far much worse oral health. I returned to my non-electronic toothbrush and I am quickly regaining my oral health.

Bought iO 5, first one would only hold a charge for about 15-18 minutes of brushing. Went through company and they told me to exchange it. Took it back to Best Buy, but the replacement toothbrush would only brush in one of five modes. Taking this one back and getting another Phillips sonicare, never had any problems with sonicare that I had for 10 years until it broke, not sure why I switched.

Great toothbrush, better to me than sonicare. Features are a nice add on.
Cleans closer to the gums better imo. Less plaque to no plaque compared to sonicare with my brushing technique
