I would probably get a cheaper version that is just as effective.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had Electric toothbrushes from Oral-B since 2005 and this is the worst, most hazardous design Oral-B has ever designed! The stem grows mold at a very rapid rate. Dispite all care measures taken you cannot avoid the mold issue. The connection stem does not have proper venting at all and it is not designed so that consumers can properly clean or dry the toothbrush. I contacted Oral B about this health hazard and they said it wasn't their problem and it's my problem. NEVER AGAIN WITH ORAL B - The FDA should have the iO series pulled from the market before someone DIES from ingesting toxic mold!

DO BOT BUY!!!

Now, around a week later, the mold is back. Also, my dentist said something is wrong with it and that it’s wanting too much pressure for the green light to come on. He said it’s way too hard.
