After a few months the battery dies super fast not worth 200 dollars! Big rip off

Very good toothbrush. I haven’t owned an Oral-B for a long time. They are much improved.

This is one of the best electric toothbrushes I've owned.

I bought 2 and broke after 6months later, i want to fix and exchange but they said they can not, bad service ever.

This toothbrush hurt my teeth. Only when I stopped using it did my tooth pain go away. Worst purchase/toothbrush ever and the return window is gone. Piece of junk.

Well as far as a tooth brush goes this one is a complete disaster! The design is wrong the head is so large it is difficult to get it in your mouth to brush your teeth very uncomfortable! Unfortunately I bought it and was out of town and by the time I went to return it.. it was to late! so now I'm stuck with a very expensive tooth brush!

Had this toothbrush for 4 months and the top piece that the brush head connects to has cracked. How disappointing with what I had paid for the device .

I you want clean teeth and a great toothbrush, you should try the Oral-B - iO Series 7 Connected Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush. After using this toothbrush, I don't ever want to use my other grocery store bought toothbrush again. The toothbrush comes complete with charger, handheld unit, two brush heads and even a travel case so you can take it with you on trips. Set up is quick and easy. You plug it in, you click a brush head on the hand held unit, and you are off and running. It is very quick. There is a small learning curve to using this toothbrush. First there are 5 different modes which you can brush with. These include daily clean, gum care, sensitive, whitening, and intense. Each of these changes the way the electric toothbrush works when it is brushing. You kind of have to work with this and find the one that fits your needs at the time. But it is very easy to cycle through the choices. I figure most will just set it to a mode they like and not change it, but it is good to have the options available should you want something different. Another cool feature of this toothbrush is that you can connect it via Bluetooth to a smartphone. The app actually lets you track your brushing habits. It even gives you feedback on how well you are brushing and how long you spend brushing. This could be a really great feature for kids. First it gets the kids interested in brushing. Secondly, the parents can actually see how well their kids are brushing their teeth and whether they spend enough time brushing their teeth. I really liked this feature. The other nice feature this has is an interval indicator. Most dentists seem like they recommend brushing for at least 2 minutes at a time. So this toothbrush has a vibration indicator every 30 seconds to tell you when to switch quadrants in your mouth. It really is nice and makes sure you spend an equal time brushing areas of your teeth. Another really cool feature is there is a LED light in the toothbrush. When you use the brush, there is a signal to make sure that you are applying the right amount of pressure. GREEN means you have the right pressure. RED means you have too much pressure. This helps to make sure that you are getting a good brushing. All these features are great, but how is the result? I have to admit that my teeth felt clean like I just left the dentist's office. My teeth were smooth and clean. Even tough to reach areas in the back of my mouth were easy to get to and clean. Plus the brush is doing all the work. Dentists recommend brushing in circular motions. This brush does that for you. You just have to make sure you are covering all the areas. When you are done, the toothbrush even tells you how long you were brushing for. With all the cool features, I probably brush longer even that I normally did. In the end, there is nothing not to like about this toothbrush. It is easy to use and leaves your mouth feeling clean. I highly recommend this toothbrush to anyone.

I chuckled silently at the idea of a connected toothbrush when I heard about these. I guess everything is getting connected these days. This toothbrush connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and an app. It has a timer that gives a signal every 30 seconds and at the end of the 2 minute suggested brushing time. The 30 second signals let you know that it's time to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. There is also a pressure sensor that lets you see on the brush if you are applying the correct pressure. The app shows which teeth you are brushing and the pressure you are using as you brush. The app shows your teeth changing to white as you have adequately cleaned an area. For some reason, it doesn't seem to register my top right teeth as well as the other areas. I feel like I am using the same technique as in the rest, but the app shows me lacking there. I feel challenged to do better in that area. When you are finished you get a report that lets you know how efficient your brushing was, how long you used excess pressure and more. My first brushing session was rated 89%, now I'm up to 99% efficient but I haven't been able to hit 100% yet. It also tells me that I use too much pressure about 35% of the time. There are several brushing modes that can be chosen from the menu on the brush, Daily Clean, Gum Care, Whitening, Gentle and Intense. I found the Daily Clean to be perfect. The most important thing is that my teeth feel way cleaner than they do with the electric toothbrush I have used for decades. The small round head gets the tight places much better. While my initial reaction to this connected brush was that, like so many things, it was "connected" just as a selling point but I really find the feedback useful and challenging. I really prefer the feedback from this brush and app to the condescending oral hygiene lecture I get at the dentists office every visit (usually I feel like they think they are talking to a child instead of an adult who hasn't had a filling in 4 decades). Yes, I was a skeptic at first, but have come to love this brush.

This Oral-B iO7 is replacing an older higher end electric toothbrush that I've had for about 5 years and boy has technology come a long way since then. This may be the most perfect toothbrush I've ever used. It's sleek, stylish and clean my teeth really well. I absolutely love the Oral B app that gives you feedback on your brushing without having to have your phone camera on at all. The Smart Ring gives you color coded feedback on your brushing that's very easy to see in the mirror. The challenges and badges that the app provides are a nice way to gamify the act of brushing and make it more fun. I like that Oral B has so many different types of brush heads available for purchase depending on what you want to focus on. The Bluetooth pairing and connection was flawless and I've had no issues with that functionality so far. The LED on the unit is clear and legible, which is nice when navigating the different modes. Although I'll admit I'll probably just end up using the Daily Clean mode, it's nice to have options when you need them. So here's a pros and cons list breakdown of the Oral B iO7. Pros: Sleek and stylish brush with a modern magnetic holder that looks great on your counter. Powerful cleaning action that will leave your mouth feeling great. Oral B app is awesome and gives you valuable feedback on your brushing. Smart Ring is a game changer. Absolutely love knowing when I'm brushing too hard. Cons: Price Magnetic holder is nice looking, but not the sturdiest way to hold a toothbrush in place. You'll knock it over eventually. Replacement head cost can be high. I'm still giving this unit 5 stars because the only drawback that isn't already assumed in this category of product is the magnetic holder and honestly that's a minor nitpick. If you're looking for a "smart" toothbrush, really..this is it.

I received this and once I opened the package I was immediately impressed. The color is very vibrant, granted, it’s a toothbrush, but it is beautifully designed. It comes with two toothbrush brush heads that have a distinct Mark to allow you to differentiate between the two. Unfortunately for me my teenage son claimed one and my wife the other, so this review is from their experience with it. My son downloaded the app immediately and tried it out. He wants whiter teeth so he chose that setting and has kept it there since. My wife tried each of the settings and settled on the intense. I have watched both use the Oral-B iO7 and they really seem to enjoy the experience. I can attest to this, my son is practicing far better brushing habits now as he did with a regular brush. He is brushing longer and I know it’s only been several days but his teeth appear whiter. My wife said it’s as if she has a dental cleaning twice a day. She has a problem with plaque buildup and to her, the plaque it is far better than before she began to use the Oral-B iO7. I asked both what they disliked about it and they had no complaints. Out of the box it had about 50% charge, we allowed it charge overnight and it has been going strong since. It has a battery indicator so you always know how much battery is left. It comes with a travel case that fits the brush and cleaning heads perfectly. It is compact enough that it fits in my wife’s makeup bag. The Oral-B iO7 is a sleek, well made toothbrush. We have had several electric Oral-B’s in the past, but this is by far the best! Our dentist uses Oral-B and we receive a new one after each visit. So we are fans of the P&G brands. To me, the cost is high, but as my wife said, “the payoff will be when she visits the dentist in a few weeks.” I would recommend the Oral-B iO7

My previous electric tooth brush was avout 10yrs old and pretty basic. 3 modes and a indicator light. It seems it has gotten considerably weaker over the years and doesnt have that same intense clean as it used to. It was definitely time to get a new toothbrush. Series 7 has Daily Clean, Whitening, Gum Care, Sensitive, and Intense modes. I primarily use Whitening, Gum Care and Intense modes. I dont feel too much difference between all the modes, but my teeth do feel very clean afterwards. The screen is a luxury which isn't a necessity but it is useful as it can tell you mode, timer and battery life. I do like the inclusion of the pressure sensitive light which will show you how hard you are brushing for the 'optimal clean' . The timer vibrations are very noticeable for when to move on to the next quadrant of your mouth. I love bluetooth in the majority of my devices, but it's not something I ever felt I needed in my toothbrush. I would prefer if I didn't have to create an account and I don't feel I need a brushing coach. It's a bit too gimmicky for me and I don't see myself using it on a day to day basis. The case is a nice bonus but it would have been a real value if it was a travel charging case. But that is a feature for the higher models. I am glad it came with 2 heads as the heads are the money makers for these companies. The charging base is sleek and does a good enough job charging but I think I prefer the older style with the peg in the center for added stability. The series 7 looks sleek w/ the matte black finish. I wish the charging base didn't have an unsightly power cord, but I'm not modding my sink to achieve that. It was finally time to replace my old toothbrush... As weird as that may sound. But it is definitely a big upgrade in both performance and features that make my teeth feel very clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new toothbrush.

I had never used an electric toothbrush prior to this one. I had no idea what to expect, but there is definitely a learning curve! My first few brushes looked like I exploded a tube of toothpaste on my mirror and I even managed to get it in my hair and on my clothes - that’s how powerful this is. But, my teeth have NEVER felt cleaner! I can reach the difficult places in the back of my mouth to make sure they get thoroughly cleaned. The pressure sensor is so awesome, I haven’t had any gum bleeding thanks to the reminder not to brush too hard. The app that comes with it is so useful too. It tracks your progress, tells you the areas you missed, let’s you set up custom settings and even has challenges. I have gotten the hang of how to contain the mess now, and I really look forward to watching my progress as I use this brush more and more. Definitely recommend, especially if you are considering this as your first electric toothbrush. Super user friendly and gets the job done so well!

This is the best toothbrush I have ever tried. 5 smart modes, Daily Clean, Sensitive, Whiten, Gum Care and Intense. Bluetooth connectable with a smart phone and the Oral-B iO app. The app is used to assess your brushing behaviors in your mouth, not a real selling feature for me so I don't use the app. The actual unit is a little large and has taken a bit to get used to the size. The 2 minute timer pulsates every 30 seconds ensuring you have done a complete cleaning. Comes with a travel case 2 brushes and a charging stand. Overall a well done job by Oral-B, a quality product.

I have never used an electric toothbrush before and figured it was finally time to hop aboard that train. My dentist has been telling me for years to get one and I went with the Oral-B iO series. I am a big fan of tech and AI and when I saw this toothbrush blends both together for a flawless brushing experience, I had to try. PROS: - Easy to set up and pair to your phone. Takes minutes to set up and had no issues. - Multiple cleaning modes: I like that you can switch it up from sensitive when your gums may be more sensitive that day, to regular clean, to a whitening mode and then one for your gums. - It tells you with a vibration to move on to the next area of your mouth. NOTE: This feature for some reason does NOT work when using a guided brushing via the Oral-B app which bugs me like crazy., more in CONS. - It gives you great feedback on your brushing habits. This is definitely the money maker here, when you use the guided brush via the app, it will show you in real time what teeth/area of your mouth you missed and need to work on and tell you if you are brushing too hard and if for not enough time. It also works as a great motivator to keep up on dental hygiene. CONS: - The vibration to move on to the next segment of your mouth is disabled with the guided brush via the app. This is annoying because sometimes I rely on that to move on to the next area instead of staring at my phone. - You HAVE to have the app open and sync it to the brush in order to get the most out of the toothbrush. This can be cumbersome for most people to always have your phone out and open and paired to your brush when you just want to brush your teeth. Now, you can brush without it, but you do not get the detail/insights you would if you had the app opened for a guided brush. I wish there was a way for me not to have the app open but get the same feedback by looking later. All you get is the overpressure data when not using the app. All in all, this is a great brush and I am sure they can edit the features with some firmware/app updates in the future. This thing will last many years and will definitely help anyone with having a great smile and healthy teeth.

I've always wanted a Oral-B toothbrush, and was extremely happy when I got one for the first time. So I'm glad that the toothbrush had a 50% charge out the box, after reading the directions, I learned about the app and downloaded that and connect it to my toothbrush. I thought that was pretty cool. Then I was able to set the brush to my preferred settings which was intense and got to select my color (I really wanted purple, but it doesn't come with this model) which was orange. I started to use my toothbrush at the same time I was using the app, almost felt like a video game as I try to clear all the spots in my mouth to win. I love how when you press too hard, the color changes red as soon as you ease up, it changes back green. My first time using it I got 100% score! You can see on the app as you clean your teeth in real time, and when the teeth on the app gets really bright then you can move on to the other parts of your mouth. If you use the app every time you brush your teeth, you are going to have a much better experience because you're trying to keep up with the app. I would definitely recommend this for a friend!

I've had a spotty track record for a) remembering to brush my teeth and b) actually brushing properly. This toothbrush solves both of those with it's smartphone integration via Bluetooth which include not only reminders but what I call a fun brushing game. In the brushing game your job is to figure out how to brush the back of your teeth without triggering the pressure sensitive light on this thing, and also not showering your mirror and vanity with toothpaste all while watching your smartphone to confirm if you're actually spending enough time on each area of your teeth. If you win this game, your bathroom stays clean and you get a fancy white animation bubble in the app. It's great! The Apple Health integration is also a bonus, given that a bunch of my other devices all send data to Apple Health, so having one more data point is excellent. Of note is that the brush heads do not have a plastic cover fso they are sitting exposed to the air in your bathroom all the time unless you pack the toothbrush in the carrying case after each use. Speaking of the travel case it's great. Pre-covid I was on the road most weeks and having a hard shell case to pack the brush in a way that won't power it on mid TSA security check is a great thing. My dentist and I are both looking forward to the positive results this toothbrush will hep me achieve toward a whiter smile.
