Pretty great and fun to use, I would say one down side is the AI with the phone doesn’t match sometimes, I’m brushing a specific area and the phone will say I’m brushing something else.

It’s a great toothbrush you can’t go wrong with it. Probably, the only reason why I don’t like it as much is since, you if you touch the button below the power it you end up not only in a different brush but also, in another language. Lol.

This toothbrush is one the Jetsons would use! Oral B app is what really makes it fun and interesting to use. Allows you to keep track of previous sessions, scores, enabling you to compete with yourself.

Great Toothbrush! The 3D guide in the app is terrific, although some of the time the app thinks the Toothbrush is brushing the wrong area.

Times change, and I have advanced with Braun. This one has all the bells and whistles. The brush heads on this one really take care of business. You just adjust the motor to your cleaning strength.

I love this toothbrush , I could not wait to start using it . My teeth feel so clean . I love how it protects my gums and has a whitening feature . Brushing my teeth has never been So much fun .

The product is good but the Service of BestBuy was terrible. I gave it 2 stars so you can read what is written below We went for the curb side pick-up at Reston, VA location. A store person was called and he said he will bring the item outside, it was 5:42 pm and the store closes at 6:30 pm. Stood outside for 45 minutes, no one showed up or picked up our call and we finally had to leave just to return the next day and pick-up the item. I understand it's not easy to become AMAZON but i am sure one can learn a trick or two. Next time you are forcing us to buy from AMAZON as these are not BestBuy exclusive products.

Great quality of electric toothbrush, but a lot of the features that are included aren't entirely necessary. Lots of other toothbrushes out there that are cheaper, and still get the job done.
