The one that was sent to me is not the one that's advertised in the image. Best Buy claims it's now a new design. Well remove this old image and put the updated design. If I see an image of an item advertised and order it that's what I want to receive. Returned.

Bad battery life

It stops abruptly when only using for the 2nd time after Charging for almost 6 to 7 hours. I have the same product and it works for atleast 8 days on a full charge.

Unacceptable Low Quality

Noisy, hard to turn on and off and it doesn't look like what I ordered. It's really low quality and getting returned today. Braun has gone downhill. 2nd bad product I've purchased from Best Buy.
