    My computer is working mildly faster than it was, but still not like new. I was unfortunately double billed for the service (charged twice!) and have been working with their customer service to get the second charge refunded. I was transferred 5-6 times only for them to claim that they only billed me once. I have a credit card statement that shows otherwise. Be prepared to dispute charges with your credit card carrier.

    Called for help with Ethernet cap on computer, they suggested a tune up will fix the issue. After hours of them trying nothing was fixed called for a refund and no refund was issued after being transferred multiple times. Will not use this service again

    I like that i can still get an older model laptop serviced. Either remotely or in store. I was able to chat with someone who made my appointment and i didnt have to call or be transfered on hold to get it done. They were quick and it was great customer service.
