Two attempts at online remote service both end with frustration and failure at fixing the problems I ask help with. I pay good money for this service and I don't feel that I should have to wait while my agent is helping others or just not paying attention to my comments. I will look into alternate service that treats its customers with more attention.

My computer is working mildly faster than it was, but still not like new. I was unfortunately double billed for the service (charged twice!) and have been working with their customer service to get the second charge refunded. I was transferred 5-6 times only for them to claim that they only billed me once. I have a credit card statement that shows otherwise. Be prepared to dispute charges with your credit card carrier.

great help from the geek squad. the problem was taken care of in a short period of time.

Called for help with Ethernet cap on computer, they suggested a tune up will fix the issue. After hours of them trying nothing was fixed called for a refund and no refund was issued after being transferred multiple times. Will not use this service again

I like that i can still get an older model laptop serviced. Either remotely or in store. I was able to chat with someone who made my appointment and i didnt have to call or be transfered on hold to get it done. They were quick and it was great customer service.

I brought my computer in to be cleaned of viruses after I was hacked. They left the riskware I told them about on the hard drive. Webroot identified the riskware and removed it. For what did I pay Geek Squad? They left the riskware used by the hacker on my computer. They said that they don't remove riskware? Horrible
