Paid for the remote service due to my computer being very slow. The technician did some things behind the scenes, such as, I assume, running some diagnostics and updating some software. It took some time, there was a good amount time in which nothing, I believe, was happening. Anyway, when the tech was done he/she stated that "it was recommended that I restart the computer for best results". I asked in the chat, "so what was the issue and what did you do?" The tech stated that they "removed some junk files" and then ENDED THE SESSION. I would have appreciated some summary, at least, of what services were performed. Maybe the tech could have recommended some things to do or not do so that this doesn't keep happening. They just simply ended the session. Meanwhile, I go and restart my computer. It appears that the service helped a little because my computer seemed to respond a little more quickly. Later in the day, it goes back to running like a snail. SO, WHAT DID THE TECHNICIAN DO??

Kept getting "branding configuration" error window and internet explorer has stopped working.Start up was slow and so on.So I opened a chat to inquire about the service and they did it immediately and an hour later....VOILA!!!!! best money I've spent and both agents were friendly and completely knowledgeable . PC is like new again.Once again Geek squad has come through.Thanks

I needed my laptop checked out as my system was compromised. Agent Santrupthi performed an Operating System Repair and Protect remotely, making it much easier to watch while he performed this and not having to make an appointment to take it in. He was very helpful, called me when he was finished to explain everything and the result was only $43.19.

The agent was very helpful and explained everything that was done with the tuneup.

Thorough review and update of computer drivers, and ridding my computer of annoying pop ups. Works like a champ now!

I was very impressed with the agent that assisted me. The process took a few hours but I did not have to sit at the computer the whole time. My computer is running so much better now.

The person that I worked with over the phone knew what to do to fix the problem that I was having with my computer AND cleaned up all the 'bugs' that were in my computer as well-great service 1

It appeared to me that he was doing a lot, but when he was finished and we started using the computer again it wasn’t any better. Our problem was that it ran slow and we were told that having it cleaned up should help that issue, but it didn’t.

Never thought such service would exist. It was so easy. They walked my through every process.
