Love it. Toasts bread and bagels perfectly. Especially like the retractable cord and easy to clean. Although cord does not fully retract so have to play with it several times and push the rest in storage receptacle.

An OK toaster, but a few things bug me

My main complaint is that it doesn't drop down enough to completely toast the entire length of a larger slice of bread. I have to pull the slice out of the toaster, flip it to the other end, and reinsert. The countdown display is a little odd too, going from a numeric value to a countdown display at a certain point in time. Overall this is an OK unit but you might want to shop around for other toasters in this price range and compare functions and performance before buying.

It has a digital timer on it to let you know how many seconds before your bread is toasted. The end products always comes out perfect whether it's plain bread or a bagel. Best toaster we've ever had. It's built sturdy so it should last a lifetime.
