In addition, it does not even toast evenly on one side. It is also difficult to set toaster control for any consistent toast. Wish I would of never bought this poor quality item. Please do not follow my mistake by buying this item. Thank you.

On the same side 1/2 is toasted and the other half un toasted. The toasted control is also difficult to operate. Please do not make the mistake I did and buy this product. My previous, less expensive toaster, worked much better.
