Purchased as a quick replacement, you get what you pay for.

Salesman said the black would be sturdy like the silver one on display and that the only difference was the color - NOT TRUE- the black is a very cheap imitation!

Started out with the black plastic model, second time it was use the plastic trim around the door melted the door closed. Returned and exchanged for the stainless steel one and works great.

I didn't read any reviews prior to purchasing the Oster toaster. I just wanted a small toaster oven. After toasting I have to hold onto the toaster or it will start to flip over when I open the glass door. I still decided to keep it thinking I wouldn't be using it that much. To my chagrin I find myself using it more than I thought so I can't return it.

Wonderful product, does a great job of heating evenly and toasting perfectly! Only downside is that it is a bit smaller than I expected. Great for kitchens with small countertops though!

When using the toaster you have to be careful because it burns quickly. The oven feature works well.

Like my grill, it has hot spots that is going to take some getting used to. Won't buy another

Good size, easy opening. Heats well, timer is extensive. Settings are nice. Power cord is lliterally only 2ft. long.Hope you have lots of kitchen outlets.

Oster brand has been used by my family since I was a little girl, so I trust it. This toaster oven does a great job reheating things that would turn soggy or rubbery in a microwave (grilled burgers, corn dogs, chicken strips) everything comes out as if just freshly prepared. I haven't cooked in it yet, only reheated, but I'm confident it will do great. One bonus I wasn't expecting is that it actually has a 30 minute timer instead of 15 minutes, as stated in the description. Plus the small size fits perfectly in the space we had for it. If you're looking for a long trusted brand in a toaster, this is it. And it didn't hurt that I got it on sale for $24.99 :)

My initial impression was this unit runs hotter than my last Hamilton Beach model that bit the dust after approx 10 years. After using it for about a month, I'd still say that's true, but it toasts well ( Ihave to turn it a little past darker to get it it the way i like it. It bakes small batches of cookies well, and since you set a timer that shuts off the oven, I haven't burned any. The timer sounds like an old fashioned egg timer, but that doesn't bother me. My main motivation for buying this is that it was the least expensive toaster oven I could find. I'm on a tight budget, and it fits the bill price wise and does a good job as well.

It only lasted one month before it stop heating up.

I ordered this one because it gives actual degrees to select from not just bake, toast, etc. settings. Compactness makes it easy to store and doesn't take up much space for use. Great for small areas, dorms, RV's, tiny houses, etc. Cannot beat the price. Always liked Oster products.

Nice little Toaster - Heats up very fast easy use .

The oven is of great quality, so easy to use. My daughter loves to make play dough item, and she uses it regularly.

The pan of this model is smaller than I expected (fits 4 slices of English muffins at most). The heating elements are exposed, so if your bread drops crumbs, some could get baked onto the element over time. The crumbtray slides out tipping down toward the back of the oven, so most the crumbs get dumped back into the oven when this tray slides out. I think this design was more for the eys than for actual utility. Not impressed.

I have no complaints about this toaster. The toaster is smaller, but that is what I wanted. I live in an apartment so it fits well for me. I got it on sale at a good price. The toaster does just what it promises- bakes and toasts.

Very inexpensive and it works. I love this little guy.

Toaster ovens are so much more convenient than oven cooking! I love to use them. This one works great. Would be cool if it was a little bigger so I could fit more in it at a time but other than that it works like a charm! Cooks my food fast without waiting an extra 10 minutes for preheating.

Definitely burned everything for the first week. The push timer function is pretty self explanatory but the difference between barely browned and black char is not much. After we got the hang of it, it is not a problem. This toaster is small and takes up a lot less place. The curved top also prevents things being placed on top of it.
