Stunning brushed nickel base, stainless steel blade and glass jar. This also comes with a 24oz blend-n-go cup for smoothies on the go. What I really love about this is that I have the ability to blend and chop to the consistency I want! I love that I am able to select the texture. It's not mush or chunk like I've had with other blenders. I can choose the consistency I want for my smoothies - thin, medium or thick and this blender crushes ice with ease! I can also chop as I want and pulse as needed. It's very easy to use for everything you need to blend. I really like the smaller size of this blender. I've seen some huge ones out there that wouldn't fit anywhere and are just more than I need. This blender makes things easy. With the pour thru top for adding ingredients while blending to the leakproof seal and the powerful 800 watt motor, this is the perfect blender for me.

The old-school type just have multiple speeds. This one has texture and speed selections etc. This product, though, works well and looks good on my counter-top.

Great blender

I have used with cold smoothies and hot soups and all has gone well. Be careful about overfilling because it will come out the top on the pulse mode! Love the glass pitcher.

This blender has a better handle on foxing our shakes. It can handle frozen fruits easier and has a method - a variance between pausing and speeds. It is wonderful!

6 sharp blades!

It has 6 blades and I think this is the sharpest blades blender I've ever owned. Definitely going to buy the same brand again if I ever needed a new blender.

Struggling smells like burning wires leaks

Tends to struggle through anything but liquid. Smoothie setting for thin leaves thick. Leaks around the blade drive in the screw on assembly. Was hoping to make smoothies with cup for less cleanup but does work as well as pitcher (which also struggles.

There were bits of fruit and ice after using the blender for a long time. I am not sure impressed with it's functionality. It also seems like a struggle to get the blend jar onto the base.
