I love this case. I feel like my phone is very safe and protected. It has a rubbery inner shell with a hard molded outer shell. My only gripe is the inner shell seems to be stretching or loosening up as time goes by over where the charging cable plugs in. Luckily the outer shell is helping it stay closed. It is only a matter of time before I will need to contact OtterBox about this. They are a great company and stand behind their products.

Bought a new Otter box for my new phone. It's lighter and less bulky than my old one.

Had same case for iphone4. Old case cracked at charging dock but warranty made easy replacement. Company seems to stand by product so I went with them again.

I like the size, it's not too bulky like some Otter cases. This is still suppose to be durable, and I had to exchange it. It cracked about 2 weeks after I purchased it. This isn't good for Otter, which is suppose to be "indestructible". I was very disappointed, but Best Buy allowed an exchange with my receipt. I am hoping it cracked due to production.

For what I paid for it, the product is good. Basic, good protection with no frills

I have been buying Otterbox cases for all my Apple products for many years because they work. Great design and fit and all it takes is a few accidental drops to realize you made the best decision ever to buy it for your iPhone or iPad. Otterbox has carefully designed each case to protect and it does that without question.

Good basic cover for Apple I-phone protection and the price was very reasonable.

Keeps my iPhone safe.. Easy to put on and protects from drops.

I have been using Speck cases for the past couple of phones. I got this one upon the recommendation of my daughter. It's a good case but is a bit slippery compared to the more grippy Speck cases I am used to. I almost dropped it a couple of times initially. I have since gotten used to how slippery it is and it doesn't seem to be as much of a problem now

Awesome case, fits perfect. Best protection for my phone.

It is an Otter Box, so you know it is a strong, sturdy case. It has a nice, solid feel to it, while not being too bulky. However, the film to cover the screen is flimsy and didn't go on very cleanly. There are bubbles and wrinkles, etc. I know, you are thinking operator error, but it is not a good screen protector.

Compared to the thicker versions of the otter box, this one is thinner therefore easier to use. It is very durable and a nice case. However I bought one that was white underneath, error on my part, so it was dirty within a day. Also, the screen protector it comes with is very cheap and no matter how you put it on the edges do not stick appropriately.

Easy to handles and get in/out of yiur pocket. Best protection for the phone

I bought this for my teenage son because I was tired of him cracking and breaking his phones. This has really held up and I couldn't be more pleased.

My son has an iPhone 5S and didn't want a bulky case for it. He preferred almost no case at the beginning, but realized that his Zagg screen cover was not enough anymore. The Otterbox Commuter case provided him a low profile case with lots of protection. It didn't interfere at all with the Zagg cover. This case will make both parents and teenagers happy.
