Thanks for the OtterBox love! We apologize that this Commuter series doesn't seem to have everything that you were looking for, and while historically that case has not included a built-in screen protector, we understand why you might have expected one.
We currently do not engineer any case designs for the Galaxy Note 9 that do include a built-in screen protector, since we truly feel that customers will have the best interaction with their curved display via direct contact. Rest assured, the Commuter is still just as protective as ever!
