I purchased it before leaving Best Buy with my new phone solely to protect the new investment and hoping to be surprised. Ridiculously high prices for below average products is basically what Otterbox means to me. The cutouts on this Note 9 case are so imprecise as to render the pen usable only after a great struggle to remove it. The edge of the case does not raise above the curved edge to protect the screen... one drop that hits an angle and it's game over. I purchased a much superior product online before leaving the Best Buy parking lot for less than half the price.

While the Commuter has never included any sort of built-in screen protection, we actually did not design any cases for the Galaxy Note 9 with that feature in order to provide full access to the curved device display.
