What were designers thinking?

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not happy Outer plastic shell has no grip and is slippery Not sure why this is even for sale, you can’t even charge the phone without removing plastic shell, rubber case underneath plastic is nice quality and allows you to charge but why would you design a product for a specific phone that you have to disassemble the case just to charge battery?

It seems your staff is all over the place in the store and you can't find help in a specific area for a specific product.
