My sons phone has taken many spills and the phone has been undamaged. The case was cracked and we ordered a replacement and received a rubber case which this case never even had. Even so, we will continue to protect our phones with OtterBox cases.

Would say 5 star but had to replace so this is second one. Daughter dropped phone and cracked the case. Better the case then her phone.

This case does an excellent job of protecting the phone. The only issue is that if you drop it on the corner, the case itself will break.

my first iphone. like it so far, needed alittle help on how to use it. battery life better than i exspected, good pictures, size is comfortable.

This helps protect the phone. The only issue is, I didn’t read what all came in the box when purchased. It’s lacking any protection for the screen. I will have to get a screen protector or purchase a different phone case that has a screen protector.

The otter box is not sexy, but does a competent job of protecting iPhones from their careless and clumsy owners without being bulky or obtrusive.

I really like this case . It's solid and covers all the vital openings including the charging port. It has a flap that covers the charging port when not using it. It also works with my wireless chargers at home and in the car.

Had a hard time fitting it on the phone, but once on very snug. Feels good to the touch. Feels like it will protect the phone

Very protective though a bit bulky for my taste. Flip door for charger input access not real easy to open.

My last commuter case on my iPhone 6 was in a rollover accident at 70mph, was ejected from the vehicle 20 feet and survived. iPhone screen did not break in the crash. Since then, I've been dedicated to Otterbox. I purchased this case for my new iPhone 8 and sadly, it just doesn't seem as good as the old. The rubber on the front near the volume buttons is flaking off. Other than that, the case seems to be holding up (I've had it for 3 months).

Very durable case. Thin which I like because having a bulky case is not flattering however it can still protect the phone from damage.

This is probably the best case we have purchased since using cell phones. One nice feature that you don't find on most cell phone covers is the cover for the plug-in port so lint, etc. won't get in your phone. It's more expensive than most phone covers but then it's also protecting a very expensive phone.

Good solid case. Only thing keeping it from a 5-star is the space to plug in the cord is too small.

Really like the case but I wish there was some protection for the glass. I’ve always had the more durable version, “The Protector” I think it’s called. I have dropped my phone a couple times and I haven’t had an issue. However, it’s scary every time. I will say I do prefer the screen without another layer when it comes to functionality but I just don’t have the comfort of being able to be rough with my phone anymore. If I was to purchase again I would go with the protector instead.

This does a good job of protecting my new iPhone. I'm a big fan of the Otter Box line of products.
