Purchased this item for my son. Since he's a rough boy that plays sports, I can say this case works for him. Sometimes kids are clumsy, but this case protects his phone.

Case was perfect, so I replacdwith same model. Small crack in a weak spot near speaker finished off the first one, but only after multiple years of use, drops and falls.

My son dropped his phone and the case cracked in a spot where it wouldn’t stay back on. Save your money and buy the better otter box cases. I can’t believe this one was so flimsy.

Some people may find the Otter cases a little on the bulky side, but for me it is easy and secure to grip. I don't feel it would slip easily out of my hand. I love the color.
